I recently visited this brand new Starbucks location and was thoroughly impressed! The store is spotless and beautifully designed. My latte was absolutely delicious perfectly made and served hot.
A special shout out to Jakob and Victor, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Their great service really made the experience stand out.

⭐️ Very Poor Customer Service – Avoid This Location
I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks (13304 W Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787), when ordering my usual special-order drink (a blended matcha frappuccino with extra strawberry foam on the side), which I’ve ordered many times at other locations without issue. The barista denied the request, stating the store manager does not allow it, without offering an explanation or alternative.
Only after I canceled my order and asked to speak to the manager did I learn it would have been an extra charge — information that was never communicated upfront. This lack of clarity and poor customer service could have easily been avoided.
This is the second time I’ve had issues ordering a special-order drink at this location. The experience felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult, especially considering the cost of the drink. Starbucks is known for customer service and consistency, which is why it’s my preferred coffee choice, but this location does not meet those standards.
I recommend upper management visit this location for additional quality checks and customer service training. I strongly suggest using another Starbucks location, as this one is not worth the frustration

He greeted me courtesly and professionally.
Didn’t see the flavor I wanted posted and Jakob started rattling off flavors and they had the one I wanted.
He is a great personality and is a great representative of Startbucks.

I have always went to the Starbucks on West colonial (50) every single morning, However, the customer service and the drink quality has decreased significantly. Every time I walk into this Starbucks, I am always greeted warmly and the drinks taste amazing! I usually pick my drink up around 6:30 AM So all my gratitude goes towards the morning team!

I’ve been to this location for almost 5 consecutive days. Each time my coffee was absolutely terrible. The workers lack work ethic, they are super lazy. I’ve paid for ingredients and could tell that they were missing. My blended drinks have been bitter and watery multiple times. I would NOT recommend this location.
