One of my favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! I’m HUGE on customer service, and everyone i encountered was friendly, personable, and kind. Specifically, Maureen, Corbin, Anna, and (i think her name was..) Shannon. Had some nice chats and felt welcome – that to me is 90% of the experience. The place is clean, stocked, lots of seats, comfortable, etc. Plenty of parking, nice outdoor seating where you can actually work without too much noise. There are charging outlets outside, which is CLUTCH. Big 5 stars.

This place is slammed but operates on such an efficient level. Drinks, food all ready quickly, accurately and tasty. The staff was also super friendly considering the waves of people moving in and out of this spot. Awesome Starbucks

So I just want to give a shout out to the staff at starbucks in Hamlin who always gives excellent customer service and is very patient, even when I almost always have 1-2 customized orders and more than often have to ask for a minute to confirm the order. I love the iced chai latte with brown sugar foam and one of my daughters loves hers with cinnamon dolce syrup, caramel and extra foam. Regardless of how many customizations we have, the customer service is always excellent. One of the employees also recommended an iced white mocha and hazelnut latte that was also quite delicious. The pumpkin bread and some of the sandwiches are also favorites of ours. I would say that although we have ordered similar things at another location, it just wasn’t the same, so we have learnt to stick with our friends in Hamlin. Keep up the excellent work guys!

I am a long-time customer and recently had an extremely concerning and dangerous experience. I placed a mobile order for a chai tea latte with oat milk. When I picked it up, it looked different than usual and I confirmed with the employee that it was correct. After taking a sip in my car, I immediately realized I was made the wrong drink – one that contained coffee and almond milk.
I have a severe nut allergy, and this mistake could have been life-threatening. I had to take Benadryl and prepare my EpiPen.
When I went back into the store to explain the severity of the error, the employee dismissed my concerns and asked, “What do you want me to do?” Their lack of urgency and understanding was shocking. It was clear there was no training on how to handle a serious allergy situation.
I later learned from Starbucks customer service that employees are supposed to provide first aid in this type of situation. While a report was supposedly filed, nothing proactive is being done about the incident. I was only offered a $25 gift card.
This experience has completely shaken my trust. The combination of a dangerous mistake and an employee’s disregard for a customer’s life-threatening allergy is unacceptable. I will not be returning to Starbucks.

This Starbucks is located in front of Walmart in Hamlin area, quite and clean place, the service was good, you can’t set inside because of COVID-19 but they have many tables outside were you can relax while drinking their amazing Coffee.

I came through the drive-through and was greeted by the sweetest employee. I had ordered a iced latte and was unsure how sweet I wanted it, Jexenia was the absolute best! She provided me with the best customer service and helped me decide how sweet I wanted. All the way through my experience through the drive thru she was quick and attentive! She even hooked me up with some sweets! Way to make someone happy! Thank you so much! You are absolutely amazing !

This is the one closest to my house, but the inconsistencies with them lately have us driving out to Sidel or Flamingo. Also, when asking for light ice, they neglect to put light ice. I finished this almost 8 dollar drink in my 5 min drive back home. In addition, I called them one morning after receiving the wrong drink. And instead of answering professionally, the guy answered with an annoyed, “hello?” And I’m like ummmm… is this Starbucks? And he answers, “yes.” I’m about to learn how to just make the same drink at home, and save the money and effort.
