I went to Starbucks this morning and ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino. I was so excited to try it. I got out of my car and set the drink on top of my car. The wind knocked it over, and it spilled all over the ground. As you can see in the picture, I was so upset because I was so looking forward to trying it. So I called Starbucks and asked if I could get a remake. The employee over the phone said yes, and I asked her if I had to pay, and she said no. When she said that, I thought, “Wow, that will make me a forever returning customer to this location.”

Ellie the Barista on a Saturday morning is rude, talking about “don’t come to the drive thru until the app says it’s ready”, yet there was a whole line of cars in front of me. Then Ellie who took our order forgot about the 2nd beverage. Very unprofessional. Do better. I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks never had this said to me before. Also, the drink wasn’t even 3/4 full and for $6.50 I would say I didn’t get the value worth. Be aware.

We visited this Starbucks on a Sunday around 2 p.m. The atmosphere was calm, and we had ample space to sit inside. The ordering process was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Our order arrived promptly and accurately. We spent an hour and a half there, simply catching up with friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Great experience and truly excellent customer service. I noticed some coffee grounds (sediment) in my Pike Place and mentioned it, initially thinking it might have been human error—since back when I worked at Starbucks, we would grind the beans, place the grounds into a filter, and brew it manually. I later realized this coffee was actually made by the machine. Jocelyn, the pretty barista with freckles, was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. She remade my coffee right away and even gave me a $4 gift card, which I genuinely wasn’t expecting and honestly felt bad accepting. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it made the experience outstanding. Really appreciate her care and great attitude—thank you, Jocelyn!

This is a good Starbucks, well located, with seating available both indoors and outdoors. However, I found the service quite slow for a Starbucks, I waited over 15 minutes for my cappuccino. That said, I’d still come back to give it another try, as the place itself is pleasant.
