Everyone is always very nice at this location. And when my order is correct my drinks always taste phenomenal. But more time than not is my drink order is incorrect. I went today for a “grande ice chai with oat milk and a shot of expresso”. The girl even repeated it to me. But when I tasted it I knew they used cows milk and I’d be dying later if I drank it. (Lactose and tolerant). I looked at the sticker and the oat milk wasn’t added but she repeated it. And I can’t go back A because I will be late for work and B because it’s awkward. Soo cheers to a wasted drink

At about 10:20, Nov 14 I pulled up to the window for a drink. There was a new associate working at the window. I messed up my payment and had to fix my card then drive back around. When I got back to pay the associate and I’m assuming shift manager had allready taken care of the drink for me and told Me not to worry about it.
What a wonderful surprise. The woman (I think manager) and new associate at the window were very friendly and professional. I was dumbfounded at the courtesy and awesome personality of them both. Please give them a pay increase as this kind of service is rare nowadays!

I was obviously waiting at the desk without placing and order and after 5 minutes of 3 people walking around avoiding me i finally had to protect to one of them to get my order that was placed 20 minutes prior that they didn’t even start yet. The lady looked annoyed that she had to deal with me. I understand they were kind of busy in the drive through but how they obviously ignored me is enough to put this review up

We order the same thing every time we go to this Starbucks, our order was wrong Dec 24th, we stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for someone to help us, the 3 girls working ignored us so we went over to the cashier register we they continued to ignore us, they was more worried about telling Felix that they were out of his cookies, so after they took Felix’s order and helped the lady at the other side of the counter they finally got to us, just plain rude! I have always experienced poor customer service there, I will never go back!

I went early in the AM to do some work. It was a cold day for Florida (in the 40s). I was shivering inside after being there an hour. Also, the music was blasting. Not a great vibe if you’re looking to do some focused work or have any kind of meaningful conversation! I guess if you want to have a dance party with your coffee at 7:00am this is a great option 🙂

I used to love coming here. But similar to the Brooksville Starbucks last few drinks have been made incorrectly like the baristas are not reading the labels. People inside were not very friendly today. My daughter likes extra cold foam… it was listed on the sticker, but they did not put extra on the drink.

This Starbucks is terrible. Almost every time I go there either they mess up my order or they don’t even have what the mobile app allowed me to order. This time it was both. They didn’t have it and they messed up the replacement order I made. Consistently poor experiences at this location.
