When I expressed my concern over the item I received being incorrect, they did nothing. When I contacted customer service, they said they would send my concern to the store manager. I won’t go back again. It’s very disappointing that the food items have gone up in price and have become smaller, and the quality is terrible. I haven’t been back in over a year and thought I would give them a second chance. See pictures of the menu and what I actually got. It was smaller than the palm of my hand, and the taste was not good either.

I came with my girlfriend as usual to buy coffee, and we ordered iced lattes with vanilla syrup. He put cream on top when it’s not supposed to be on them, and the coffees tasted like water. I asked if he could change them, and he just started laughing and told me to leave.

I encourage everyone to drop off food here, they are keeping the indoors closed to seating but have the outdoor seating open and in the meantime they are collecting food donations bring some, take some! What a great location and what a great idea! The staff is also super friendly and the bathroom has a great Dyson hand dryer LOL

A bit larger than some Starbucks which means more indoor seating space. Has a nice outdoor patio as well. Other than that pretty standard Starbucks experience.

Ordered my drink and when I got there to pick it up a few minutes later it was only 2/3 full again. This time I showed them the Cup being so empty and they said that they would remake it. Those words I will remake it is what was said to me. They came back literally 10 seconds later after only filling the rest of the cup up with whipped cream and handing it back to me and then i was just stunned and left. This is becoming a regular thing and is kind of annoying for how much the coffee costs.

I love Italian Roast. Don’t offer it or anything else as a pour over. Don’t really seem to care. Growing tired of settling for something else when what I really want is right there!

This place went downhill since Lex left there almost a year ago. The service has went downhill. I must say terrible. I won’t come back. I sat there for literally 15 minutes, waiting for a drink, and then the girl acted as if that was my fault. I can’t stand people places that do that. Good luck Starbucks change your staff immediately!

Likely the best atmosphere Starbucks of the Sarasota Area…. It is very high on cleanliness as well.
