I just wanted to review this Starbucks I’ve done mini Starbucks reviews, and I must say that this Starbucks has some of the friendliest people very clean very well. Managed everything stocked perfectly plenty of parking and I have to say the bathrooms. They have male and female separately and the bathroom was immaculate. The cleanest bathroom I have ever been in at a Starbucks. They even had seat covers, which I’ve never seen at a Starbucks. The bathrooms were clean. The floors were clean. The sinks were clean. Everything was well stocked, even had a handbag holder on the door, which that is a must for all of them, but they do not have them in all of them the Starbucks I recommend the people are very kind and nice efficient on the job and do their job well and I recommend this store to anyone who is off of cattleman in Fruitville It’s a new store, probably a year or too old, but they keep it immaculately Clean the whole store thank you for the drinks today. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when I’m spending almost $6 on what should be an açaí and it tastes like water, I have to. I recently moved to Sarasota, and every single time I’ve come to this Starbucks, my açaí has been extremely watered down. One time, the manager or shift on duty actually noticed that my drink looked watered down and asked the baristas if they had made the base correctly. Even they seemed unsure. When I ask for more base I usually get an attitude.
I used to get an açaí almost every day before moving here, and after working at Starbucks for five years through high school and college, I know exactly how it should look and taste. I’m not sure if the baristas here aren’t making the base right or what’s going on, but it’s frustrating to keep paying for something that tastes like water. This is the closest location to my house, but it looks like I’ll need to start going to another one. Photo below of what I got today versus what I usually am given outside of this location.

Alex never disappoints here at the window at Starbucks. He always has a friendly smile and is cheerful. Makes coming to this particular Starbucks worth it.

Always gives the perfect recommendations and has not got me hooked on the Chestnut Praline!

We had an issue with our mobile order. The system didn’t pick it up. The person at the counter (possibly the manager) was very helpful and fixed the issue. Very helpful and resolved fast!

Located not far off I-75, we came here for a quick pit stop. The store was clean, has a drive through, and indoor and covered outdoor seating. We ordered ahead in the app. Staff was constantly working and checked on us when we were waiting for our mobile order after a couple minutes. Space was open and light and fairly quiet (noise level and people amount). Worth a stop for a caffeine fix and restroom if needed.

It’s a very nice and clean Starbucks. Just the service is really slow. Would’ve took 15 min to get one coffee made and I had to cancel my order. Seems like all the workers are just worried about the drive thru and mobile orders and not the people who come inside to order. The whole time waiting that I wasted only heard mobile orders being made when someone should be considering the people who come in and place an order. Coffee shops aren’t supposed to take that long to make a single coffee .

I am beyond furious with this location. I clearly informed the baristas that I have a dairy allergy, ordered my drink with almond milk and dairy free cold foam, and even asked them to wash the pitcher to prevent cross-contamination as I’ve been advised to do. I paid extra for the dairy-free ingredients and there was no one in line behind us. Despite all of that, they still made my drink with dairy.

The result? I got sick, and because I’m breastfeeding, my infant son who has a severe dairy protein allergy suffered for HOURS. He screamed in pain, couldn’t sleep, and regressed after months of being dairy free. It can take weeks for dairy proteins to clear from an infant’s system after exposure (American Academy of Pediatrics). That means this careless mishandling of my drink didn’t just ruin my day—it harmed my baby’s health for WEEKS.

If I am paying extra for allergy-safe options, I expect to actually receive them. This was negligence, plain and simple, and it caused real harm to a mother and child. Starbucks needs to take responsibility, retrain their staff on allergy handling, and start taking food safety seriously. This is ridiculous. Shame on the management of this location for not training their staff better.

Its hard to mess up an acai refresher but just had a bad one from a different location for the first time in a while, realized I am SO greatful for having a starbucks so consistent and delicious. Always make the best drinks and get my order so quick!

Please don’t come to this Starbucks. It’s too quiet, and there’s too much room. It’s not cozy enough. The outdoor space gets no sun because the large cover and trees provide too much shade.

So go to the other one on Honore down the street. Way more vibe!

Disappointing experiences every time I come. Last time I was in the supposed manager on duty, I believe his name was Alex, was extremely rude to me and argued with me when I was trying to ask about a new drink that I did not know the exact name of. Although this store is the closest one to me, I do not think I will be coming back.
