Staff shows no hospitality. They interact with each other before making any attempt to welcome the clients. No smiles, no acknowledgement, no hellos or thank you. It honestly is easier to be nice than dismissive. After no greeting and being ignored at the counter, a young lady comes to the register and stares at me with a blank expression. “Yeah?, she asks. My smile and good afternoon go answered with the deadeye gaze, she takes my simple order and asks my name…pointing to the card reader where I am given the option of how much to tip…now my turn to return the treatment…the staff didn’t seem to care…why on earth should I!
Hey Starbucks! There are many options to drop a few bucks for a cuppa coffee nowadays…you will need to up your game to get my business going forward! Wolf Moon will see more of me and my spending!

It is always a pleasure to be at this location. Working from Carrabas this is where I keep my team fueled when it comes to sharing. However today when I came by, I definitely wasn’t awake yet with Fatima keeping a keen eye she really showed that extra effort the Barista’s bolster when serving me/others. The manager Emily definitely green lights it all, but an extra thanks to Fatima for today.

Howwww can I leave a 10 star on this thing? Seriously, my husband and I drive to the side of town on the weekends to go boating, and this is the ONLY Starbucks in the Naples area that does not disappoint. The drinks are always perfect, the food is heated all the way And the service is always so nice. Anyway we can make the others match up?

Everyday I order the same Starbucks espresso from here and everyday it’s made differently, never in a good way. Everything is diluted with either too much water or too much foam. You’re only job is getting coffee right, do better.

People at this Starbucks are weird. This is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to where you pay for an item you order and they still refuse to give it to you. I went to order a specific syrup and the supervisor said she cannot sell it by the cup that they sold it to me before just to get me out of the store cuz they were busy, mind you I’ve been ordering this for weeks and haven’t had any issues until one of the baristas decided to be difficult today. After 10 minutes of telling me no that she cannot sell it to me she changes her story and says she can sell it if I tell her the amount of pumps needed to fill a tall cup of it. Can’t you just put the amount of pumps that fills up the cup and charge me accordingly and that’s it. I swear they enjoy arguing with customers over meaningless nonsense. Get a hobby.

This is a great Starbucks conveniently located in a big shopping center with easy parking and drive-thru. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. It can get pretty busy here but in the morning it’s usually super easy to just go inside and be served. Friendly staff here as well!
