Ive always enjoyed this Starbucks. It’s easy to get to and the drive thru is smooth and easy. Trying the chestnut praline latte. The staff is always in a good mood! I use Starbucks to conduct business and I love the fact that they have outlets you can use, tables big enough to work at. Thanks!

I stopped by this Starbucks just to get a small cup of ice, something I’ve gotten here before without any issue, especially since I’ve purchased items from this location on many other visits. This time, I wasn’t greeted at all, and the professionalism just wasn’t there. The staff declined to give me a simple cup of ice because I wasn’t purchasing anything at that moment, even though they’ve provided it before. It felt dismissive and inconsistent with previous experiences. Really disappointing.

The manager Wes is awesome! His cheery, uplifting attitude every visit never fails! He always has a suggestion if you don’t know what to get too! I’ve never had my order wrong here and they are always quick. The only thing that stinks is there isn’t a place to pull up in the car line, so if you’re waiting for something that’s not ready, there isn’t really a place to wait or pull up to without being in Someone’s way.

I just got home with my drink and started drinking it when i realized stuff floating around. it’s white slimy and was huge untill i started to get it out then it broke. NO IDEA what this is. but threw away my whole 7-8$ drink. absolutely disgusting. I would like to know what it is. also took a video but it won’t allow me to upload the video. i come here quite often and get this drink and this is a first. gross.

And poor customer service!
I asked for a latte and I received an iced drink. The person that made the drink offered to remake it. The person at the cash register was NOT paying attention. I said “LATTE”. I thought a latte was a HOT beverage.
I ordered a feta spinach wrap and the person threw it on the counter and didn’t even call the customer’s name.

I come in every single morning, get the same drink every day, the largest size, in the same size cup, every morning.
I mobile ordered, even checked to make sure I selected the right thing, and this is how full it was when I picked it up. Makes no since.
They venti Trenti’d me , but again ….. I ordered the largest size and they didn’t fill it all the way. And the “manager” who came over to me offered to fill the rest with milk. That’s a terrible alternative and that’s just someone who doesn’t know what they are doing lol.

I always have good experiences here, but today, again, was honestly just so dumb.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The entire staff is amazing, and I appreciate how they always greet me by name whenever I enter and sometimes even have my usual order ready by the time I go up to pay. They’re all friendly, accommodating, and provide excellent and speedy service. Nichele in particular has recently gone out of her way to provide exceptional service. Will continue to make this location my home away from home.
