I don’t know when a Venti caramel macchiato went down to two shots as a standard for the coffee. I just paid $20 for two coffees and when I asked for two extra shots which typically every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the last 20 years it’s 3 to 4 shots as their standard now I go here I order a Venti and I get two shots of espresso. It taste like water. I’m not pleased at all.

I ordered a grande house blend. It was fresh and tasted good. My wife got her usual complicated concoction that she provides the recipe for, and she seemed happy with the outcome. My main interest in being at a Starbucks usually involves using their WiFi for doing remote work. The WiFi was strong and stable at this Starbucks location (not always the case when I visit coffee shops). There was plenty of seating at 11-ish for their busyness level (it seemed a little slow to me during my couple of hours there). The staff seemed to be keeping busy and doing a good job of keeping their Starbucks clean, filling customer orders, and revamping their displays. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit.

Chantal helped me today and 10/10. She was so positive and happy! That’s the type of person you want to get your coffee from. Put me in great mood. Would drive 30 min just to buy the coffee from her again.

Rude customer service at the drive-thru
I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I got to the window, the young worker with colored hair scolded me for not announcing that I had a mobile order when I pulled in — and her tone was irritated and uncalled for. I drive by this Starbucks four times a week, but after this experience I won’t be returning. There’s no excuse for treating regular customers with that kind of attitude.

Tried to use a gift card at the drive-through. I was told I couldn’t use it. I paid cash and received subpar food. The photos are of a $25 purchase.

this was my venti cup after i picked it up. might as well have gotten a grande. why is there so much ice? i took a cupped sips and it was gone. do better. save your money and go elsewhere

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The drinks are consistently poorly prepared, especially the matcha lattes. I always request less milk so the drink has a stronger matcha flavor, yet they repeatedly do the opposite. The lavender foam is always mixed into the drink instead of being placed on top as shown in the promotional photos. I believe staff should take more pride in their work or allow someone who truly values the position to take their place.

I asked for the most sour thing that they had and they did awesome. It was perfect. I messed up the first time on the order cause I was reading off the ingredients of how you make it at home, but I’m just happy that I got the most sour thing ever and I’m so happy with it❤️ they were so nice
