We visit here regularly for drinks and always enjoy the welcoming, friendly staff (especially June!!). The only downside to the location is the design of the drive-up/parking area which sometimes prevents vehicles from getting in/out during peak times. Otherwise all good.

I can’t even start my morning right here, and that says a lot considering how expensive the coffee is. The staff, especially some of the girls working the drive-thru, consistently rush you while ordering and come off aggressive, almost yelling “is that all?” before you’re finished. At the window, they laugh and make faces, which is extremely unprofessional. It feels uncomfortable just trying to ask a simple question without being met with attitude.This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this behavior is beyond ridiculous. Management really needs to address customer service and hire people who actually care about how they treat customers.

Yikes this location needs to be visited by corporate and restaffed. I placed a mobile order and as soon as I got to the drive through, the first thing out of the young girls mouth was “we’re a little behinds it’s going to be a minute”. So I said “okay what does that mean, can you make it or not? I’ve already paid and there’s 5 cars in front of me”. She replies, “yeah I guess just pull ahead”. We have so many people looking for jobs, it amazes me how incompetent some employees can be. A few secret shoppers would do this location wonders- just look at the other reviews. This location wont last long and it isn’t because of lack of demand.

Wish I had read the reviews. All of the staff here are incompetent. From the window, supervisor, to lead shift supervisor. Left without my order because of the disappointment. I will not return to this location. I would rather drive further out of my way for the quality I associate with the Starbucks brand. Worst experience I’ve had yet at a Starbs. Arianna did share that the staff was new. Training is absolutely essential.

First visit to this location. Not a coffee drinker, came for breakfast. The pictures of the food look great, reality is quite different. Probably the worst bacon egg and cheese sandwich ive ever had. Youll get better from 7-11. Staff was young, slow but friendly.

hands down the worst starbucks i’ve ever been too, just seems like there’s really no direction for the people working here, i ordered an ICED caramel macchiato and i noticed the employee wrote hot on the screen and i restated “the caramel macchiato is iced & not hot “ and he clarified to me that “yes i have that down” i pull up to window (ive been waiting for 20 minutes at this point) & i finally was given my order he attempts to hand me my order and i stated it was supposed to be iced, he pours the HOT COFFEE over ice & hands it to me & states that it’s stirred & im not kidding the kid gave me a whole cup of milk with no ice and a shot of espresso no pumps no nothing & i didn’t go back inside because the building was wrapped around & i already had him make it twice, ever attempt i try to come to this location it’s the same story, just hope it gets better 0/10
