On March 2, 2026, I stopped by Starbucks and ordered my usual vanilla cold brew. Unfortunately, it didn’t have the normal sweetness I’m used to. I went back to the counter and spoke with Casey about it.

She was extremely kind and professional. Without hesitation, she offered to remake my drink and took the time to make it exactly to my liking. She worked efficiently and made sure I left satisfied.

Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Thank you, Casey, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it.

It’s Friday 08/01/25 5:09pm and there was a misunderstanding with our drinks and we told female and she was very nice about everything. She made us our new drinks with no attitude or fuss!! I usually go to this Starbucks an always receive great service but on November 6th, at 6:36 pm, my visit was extremely disappointing because of the drive-thru service I received. The girl who took my order (her name was not visible on her badge, blonde, braids ) was very rude and unprofessional from the start. When I was placing my order, her tone was impatient and dismissive — she kept responding with “huh?” in a rude way, as if she didn’t want to be bothered. It made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, even though I was just trying to order normally.
When I got to the window, her attitude didn’t improve. She didn’t greet me, barely made eye contact, and handed me my drinks while looking away. My drink was missing the cold foam that I always order. When I mentioned it, instead of checking or clarifying politely, she insisted that my drink doesn’t come with cold foam and seemed annoyed that I brought it up. Only after another employee stepped in and confirmed that my drink does come with cold foam did they fix it — but there was still no apology from her. She even tried to charge extra for something that was supposed to be included.
Overall, the experience was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but basic courtesy and professionalism are expected, especially when working in customer service. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should feel disrespected or talked down to when they’re just trying to order a drink.

I ordered four drinks through the app during red cup day. the gentleman assisting me argued that my drinks did not qualify for the promotion. I showed him the items directly from the app, but we went back and forth before he finally checked with a manager. Only then was it confirmed that the drinks did, in fact, qualify.
The interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and uncomfortable. Instead of feeling appreciated, I felt as though I was begging for something that should have been offered without issue. Highly disappointed
