The Starbucks on Bay Pines I. St Petersburg is by far the BEST Starbucks we’ve ever been to!!! The Team is always friendly and our drinks are perfect every time. The drive thru is quick and efficient.
We come I to the area every couple of months for family reasons and the Team remembers our names and drink order, they make us feel important- even though we are only in while in town.
Go visit this exceptional Team- truly the best!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks. They are so consistent, friendly, and I love the atmosphere! I went to another Starbucks and my order was wrong. I didn’t notice until I drove away. When I went in to bay pines because I was visiting someone at the VA, to see if they would remake it, the manager took care of it himself. I was dreading going to the VA, but they made it a little better by taking care of me. They are the best!

Michelle did a great job taking care of an issue from another store. While initially I was thought I was being given a hard time, I realized I was just being told store policy. Michelle is what great customer service is all about she took accountability of the situation even though it wasn’t hers or her location responsibility. Thank you Michelle!

We come from Wisconsin and this was our first stop. Needed that Florida mug. It was really busy and every barista made sure to connect and welcome us. Once they learned our name they called us by it. Really enjoyed this place and hope to stop again. Loved the art on the wall!
