This Starbucks has seriously stepped up its game. The atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are consistently on point, and the staff genuinely seems happy to be there—and it shows. A big shoutout to the new manager, Zowie, who is clearly doing something right. You can feel the positive energy and attention to detail from the moment you walk in. Fast service, friendly faces, and a well-run store. This is how Starbucks should be done. I’ll definitely be back.

The slowest location ever. Everytime I go there it doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning, afternoon or evening. It doesn’t matter if there are no cars or 15 cars. You will wait at least 15 minutes for your order. It doesn’t matter if your inside or if your in the drive-thru. The staff is unapologetic. They never off anything for taking forever like other locations have done when they’ve gotten backed up. They’re impossible.

The coffee is obviously overpriced and not very good at Starbucks but all the sugar and flavoring makes up for that and you know what you’re getting into when ordering there. What I personally have a problem with is the predatory tip culture. I ordered a 5 dollar drink and while swiping my card I must have accidentally touched the screen, resulting in me tipping almost 100%/ 5 dollars. That this is a preselected option is ridiculous and borders on highway robbery, imo. I will not buy there again (Starbucks in general). Vote with your wallet, people.

Did a mobile pickup passing by from Orlando to Clearwater. My order was ready to go. No complaints no problems. Great service friendly people, I even left and my wife walked in to take our 3yr old to the restroom and no one judged. Good job Starbucks.

Drink was so bitter. Not made right. I order it frequently so I know what it should taste like. Remade it as a courtesy and it still wasn’t right. Waste of $ and time stopping. The barista was nice about it.

I asked double shot extra besides the shots already included. I got charged for it and the lazy lady she just said. Oh, it already has 3 shots. I was charged for 2 more. The iced caramel must show dark brown not vanilla if she has added the 5 shots shown.

Made an online order, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later to a dead store and no one has even started my order. The only excuse the manager gave was “I was on my break” at 6am.
