I Come to this Starbucks pretty much Every day. Always order the same espresso drink with no hiccups. I order it so frequently most most baristas have my drink order memorized. Lol. But for some reason today, the person at the window, Absolutely refused to make my drink order the way I wanted it. I always order a tall iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso in a grande cup with extra oat milk. she had 99 Reasons why she couldn’t make it with extra oatmilk. I stated I didn’t mind paying extra for extra oat milk but she just refused. It was so weird. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but I just ended up leaving and not ordering anything. Went to the Starbucks further down the road and they made it for me absolutely no problem I mean easy Peezy. Whoever was working the drive thru window on Tuesday February 24th around 1 PM could use some retraining or maybe a little customer service guidance.

I’m sure they are great people, but they got my order wrong and then like made a big deal about it. Was going to re-ring it up which is fine, and after asking me for like the 5th time what I ordered I said it again so she could ring it up…she then kind of got an attitude and was like it’s fine…it’s fine, I’ll make it…
You could have totally rung it up again…or right the first time…or took the difference out of the tip I gave…all of these options are there, but you shouldn’t act like I’m trying to cheat y’all out of 20 cents or whatever it is…especially when I make sure to tip every time…

I love the variety of coffee options from this coffee shop. I like to order the white chocolate mocha beverages. I recommend both cold and hot options. My daughter loves their lemonades! My husband is always creating his own coffee recipes. He enjoys the service and friendly environment. The coffee shop also provides snacks and other products such as mugs, etc.

I’m giving them a one star rating because it’s the lowest. How awful it is to realize that your favorite Starbucks store it’s not longer good! I just ordered one of their new addiction products and once I got there the service was horrible. The people in this place but one , acted like they were bothered by me asking them a simple question. I arrived at this Starbucks to order Charlie Kirk’s favorite drink. A mint Majesty with two pumps of honey.
They proceeded to tell me the only way that they could make that was by instead making a green tea with peppermint and two pumps of honey.
To which I accepted, only to receive a drink that was a green tea with two pumps of honey and six pumps of peppermint. Absolutely disgusting.
I went back and had them remake it and I still threw it in the trash. Talk about disgraceful.
This marks the last time I ever go to this particular Starbucks.

Used to be a regular of this location, this place has went downhill since it’s been under new management. Decided to give it a try again recently and it’s the same. Line is long and slow, they’re always out of everything for the past few months, even bags for the sandwiches. They fired all of the employees who I enjoyed seeing everyday & made my order correct. Now the rest of the employees just look stressed. Don’t bother coming here until they find new management again.

Pathetically, obnoxiously slow. Even with mobile orders that are NEVER made in the time frame quoted. You need to pad an extra 10-15 minutes onto the quoted time. And don’t expect kind employees. They act like customers are disturbing their otherwise lazy day. All this for overpriced drinks? Not for long!
