On December 29th around 9 a.m., I was greeted at the drive-thru window by the sweetest young girl named Gia. Her warm smile and genuinely kind tone of voice absolutely made my morning.
It’s rare these days to encounter service that is both respectful and personal instead of rushed or robotic, but Gia struck that perfect balance. Such incredible customer service from her, she is such a genuine girl.
My drink was made just the way I like it, but honestly, the service was even better than the coffee. Experiences like this are what keep me coming back. Starbucks is lucky to have her!☺️☺️

Very disappointed in this starbucks. I remember when it opened and even went to the grand opening, so excited to not only have a starbucks nearby, but one with a drive-thru. However, I’ve had multiple experiences here that have been less than pleasant and today was the last straw. Im not one to leave negative reviews or “be a karen” but today I felt publicly shamed by the employees not only in front of the other staff members but also in front of my own children. I ordered a grande drink, and I usually ask for it in a venti cup when I get cold foam, because the foam, in my experience, takes up a good 1/3 of the cup. Now if I’m paying $6.45 for a drink and an additional $1.25 for this cold foam, essentially making my drink over $8 after tax, I’d like my full grande coffee. And if I pay extra for the cold foam, why not get what I paid for. Why should I get less coffee, to make room for the cold foam that Im paying extra for? Then to be questioned publicly by the employee like im trying to get something for free, because I got a grande drink in a venti cup…he said “so you want ALL the liquid, and ALL the cold foam?”…okaaayyy. And he emphasized the “alls” like that. LIke excuse me? I felt like I was being shamed or made me feel like “a karen” for just wanting what I paid for. Its not like their coffee is cheap. And there have been times that I’ve ordered my drink like this and they’ve deliberately given me less than half a venti cup at this location. Like, I’d be happy to come in there. And show you how to fill up a grande drink cup with the coffee that was paid for, and then dump it in the venti cup and then add the cold foam. Thats not asking for anything more than what was paid for. But to be publicly shamed for that today, made this my last visit at this location. They have some very sweet employees, but I’ve had more unpleasant experiences than pleasant at this location.

I mostly switched from fishers men wharf location to the new Starbucks at 710 us1. I go early in the morning weekdays and a little later on the wkds. between being a new location, short staffing some days and having a drive Thur.
After being open I want to say 2 months they get an overall B+.

I enjoy the friendliness and the overall sense of positive energy at this starbucks. Your employee “Mie” is incredibly sweet and always has a bright and bubbly energy that makes you feel welcome. In the world of fast casual establishments this is a rarity that I -and I’m sure many others- appreciate immensely.

Honestly one of the worst places to get coffee around here. First of all you have to ask the employees to stir your drink otherwise they won’t at all.
Secondly the service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they’re gregarious but just today I went and dealt with an old white lady with glasses who was very rude and condescending and wouldn’t even tell us to have a good day. She also snatched the card out of the drivers hand. Very unprofessional.
Thirdly the payment system for cards is absolutely abysmal. They reach out the device for you to insert your card into it and it’s quite a hassle. Especially if it’s during the day because the sun makes it extremely difficult to see. Everywhere else will just take your card and do it for you. They do it this way because they’re begging for tips and try to coerce you into giving them one.
Fourth, the prices here are astronomical. If you go to Dunkin Donuts and get two medium coffees and a doughnut, you’re probably going to spend around 6 bucks. If you go here and get two medium coffees and a cake pop, you’re easily spending close to 20 even though it’s the same quality.
Even though I’m a big coffee fan, I will never again waste my money here and I recommend no one else does either.
