The coffee was ok but doesn’t look or taste like they added an extra shot that I paid for but I’ll just have to trust it (it’s supposed to have four shots of espresso) also i know it’s a requirement to write on cups but this is kinda sloppy I was trying to figure out what it says for a bit but it says great day which is nice.

Summary:
Disappointed with how mobile order item unavailable was handled. I would not recommend this store. Also the pastry was not satisfactory. Picture included. It did not taste fresh as I’m accustomed to… like it was warmed multiple times or over cooked.

The whole story:
The inside of this store is well designed but my experience with a mobile order here has solidified that I will not come to this location. I noticed that this location is one of the few that does not have a refrigerated case display or drinks and charcuterie boxes. I came in the store with good energy ready to nourish my body before an adventure at The Big Bounce America event. I ordered ahead online.
When I picked up the order my bag felt light so I checked once I found an open table to examine the contents. Sure enough the main item that I wanted was missing. The benefit of a mobile order is not waiting in line… well I still had to wait in line to address the missing item. The big disappointment is that they still allowed the charge for the missing item. Common courtesy or maybe best business practice would be to issue an immediate refund or find a way to make up for the lack of inventory tracking. No such concessions were made. Had I not said anything I would have been charged. I accepted a subpar replacement item and walked away disappointed. The total time investment went from the mobile app predicted 4-7 minutes to 30 minutes of dealing with customer service.

Note to self:
Change my mobile order name to “Anna” or “Alice”

really enjoyed my visit today. The customer service was excellent, and what I liked most was the music and the positive attitude of the staff. My drinks were delicious, and they even asked if I preferred a glass cup since I was sitting down, showing that they really pay attention to their customers.

I always pick up mobile orders from this location, and they’re always fresh and hot. Customer service is great too. I wish their parking lot was better/easier to navigate.

Update: their service is consistently good. They wrote me a nice little message on my coffee this morning (mobile pickup). And the people working the window are friendly!

I just wanted to share some feedback to raise awareness. I ordered oat milk for my drink, but on both occasions even after the first mistake I was given regular milk instead. I have a sensitivity to dairy, so this caused a facial reaction for me. I made sure to request oat milk clearly twice while placing order and at the drive through window, confirming non dairy due to sensitivity and while I know mistakes happen, I just wanted to mention it so extra care can be taken with milk alternatives.

That said, I also want to highlight that the staff at this location were very attentive and kind, and I could see how busy the drive-through was at the time. I appreciate their hard work and great service. I just hope this helps bring a little more attention to milk substitutions for those of us who rely on them.

Erin Riley Paulina Paul and Alex , these people right here Aka the A-Team made the most delicious drinks quickly and with the most kindness I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks in my (actual) entire life. I didn’t think I’d be getting such a wonderful experience just grabbing coffee God bless every single one of y’all and be safe I’ll be spreading the word about this amazing establishment thanks to Danny Erin Eiley Paulina Paul and Alex !!! Order a Pistachio cold foam cold brew and they didn’t have the topping “They said it would taste the same”. It doesn’t so I asked if they had any other flavors. I ended up getting the Chestnut Parline cold foam cold brew. Only for them not to put any vanilla syrup and barley any foam. Keep in mind I was the only one in the store and they just kept making mobile order instead of mine while they watch me hold a baby. I went out to get a coffee today to treat myself but instead I ended up throwing away $7. Thanks Starbucks I feel worse than when I woke up…

The employees from this location requires more training when there’s a high volume of customers coming in. My drink was left opened and unattended. To sum it up I walked in and watched a young man leave my drink and start making others. Who knows how long it’s been sitting. Let’s just say the ice melted by the time I received the drink. I had to call him out to another employee only for him to realize and then she had the audacity to say they were out of the ingredients. Only for him to finish the drink immediately, over fill it with cold foam and had to change tops. To top it off he left my “finished “ drink in the drive through section. I had to ask the same young lady to get my drink. She then proceeds to say he wasn’t finished. What’s left to do! Exhausting!
