I ordered delivery and was extremely disappointed! My sandwich was literally ice cold and the latte I ordered did not have the cold foam it is supposed to come with and apparently they were out of the pecan syrup that goes in the drink I ordered but instead of reaching out to see if I wanted something else, they just left it out so it was tasteless! Not to mention I asked for NO ice and it was filled with ice!! I have had many good experiences at this location but this was very disappointing. They charge way too much to make mistakes like this.

Unfortunately the staff was unable to get our order right, was missing multiple order details from customers. And then left our food laying behind the counter and forgot about it. Good standard Starbucks quality you’d expect, but the staff needs better training for a high traffic location like this

All ratings are the result of waiting 30 minutes for a latte. Staff was moving fast, but the location is very busy. Parking lot is very tight. Recommend choosing another location if you have any time constraints.

Honestly, best Starbucks experience (and I travel a lot out of state).
