I really liked the feel of this Starbucks. Sort of a wine bar energy. A touch smaller than other Starbucks but in a good way. Good place to do some work, study or host a small meeting. Glad I stumbled upon this location.

Took 20 minutes and all I got was a croissant and a grande coffee There was nobody ahead of me it was made wrong twice first time they didn’t give me my cold foam and then the second time they added cinnamon after I said no cinnamon topping and extra pump of sugar (which i also didn’t receive) So I got the cinnamon I didn’t want and no extra sugar I could not even wait to get my order fixed because like I said it took 20 minutes and at this point I was already late for class! terrible Wait time But the workers were nice, I guess

I wanted to let you know what a gem you have in Nori. I don’t get to Starbucks very often, but I had a particularly hard day today and was feeling quite overwhelmed and it was on the way. Even though she was busy cleaning, she took the time to truly talk to me at the register. I’m embarrassed to say I even started to cry a little, but she was so sweet and stayed right there to comfort me. It is so rare to see that kind of kindness and patience in a younger person. She really turned my night around, and I will definitely be back because of her.

I never go out of my way to write reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience at Starbucks thanks to Nori. I was really hesitant to try the iced Dubai chocolate matcha because it was so far out of my comfort zone. Still, she encouraged me to go for it and specifically recommended getting it with oatmilk, explaining that it pairs better and brings out the flavor. That honestly sold me. She described it in a way that made me feel excited rather than unsure, and the drink turned out to be absolutely amazing. Nori was so friendly, confident, and genuine, and you can tell she truly cares about making sure customers enjoy what they order. Because of her recommendation and energy, my Starbucks run turned into a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

When I walked into this Starbucks, I immediately felt welcomed. Lola, a lovely young woman greeted me with a kind smile and a warm, friendly approach. She engaged in conversation with me without pressuring me to order right away. I appreciated how she made me feel so at home that I had to inquire about her name. The general manager, Zac, was also very pleasant and professional.
I really enjoy this Starbucks location! Everywhere is clean and organized. The decor reminds me of the original Starbucks in New York, The Village, with its cozy and cool design.

I usually go to the starbucks near gateway but stopped here because it was on my way, after I ordered my drink I was standing by the counter and saw someone leave the bathroom, go behind the counter and without washing her hands start making my drink that she then handed to me. I didn’t see her name because she didn’t have an apron on but she had long curly hair. I threw the drink away after taking it because that is disgusting, please teach your staff basic hygiene, I will keep going to the starbucks near gateway after this experience.

Worst experience and I will be contacting corporate ! I was inside T-Mobile and sent my African American boyfriend inside to grab me a coffee and he asked to used to restroom first Dani asked him if he was going to make a purchase first and he was upset and left . After I was done at the store next door I walked over to get my coffee and he was able to use the restroom HOWEVER as we sat we watched the whole staff allow 2 white women inside the restroom WITHOUT ever asking if they where going to make a purchase first !!! COMPLETE RACISM

Employees are always great and my drinks are always correct. But this sandwich is embarrassing. I know this comes prepackaged and frozen so it’s 100% not the fault of the employees. But Starbucks…seriously? My first 3 bites were JUST bread. Not even any sauce or anything. Thanks for letting me know I can never order your food again.
