I have lived in the area for years… There are several close Starbucks establishments but this one is by far the best! The manager, Katy, really seems to keep the store CLEAN and running smoothly. I never wait long and my drink always tastes amazing. ALSO, she is just really nice and helps maximize your rewards… WIN WIN.

In the evening time, people smoke cigarettes outside at the patio tables. This creates a bad experience with second hand smoke. The staff should be more attentive and advise these people of the rules of no smoking on the patio, which is clearly indicated by the stickers on the tables.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks due to unprofessional behavior I witnessed behind the counter. A manager, Isaac, was touching an employee, Lamar, in a way that appeared inappropriate for a workplace setting—stroking his back in a manner that resembled a massage. I had to look at their name tags and make a mental note. This was on a Friday.
Regardless of intent, this type of physical interaction between management and staff is not appropriate in a professional environment and made me uncomfortable as a customer. I hope Starbucks addresses this to ensure a respectful and professional atmosphere for both employees and guests.
On a different note I have on 3 separate occasions received unnecessary attitude from a lady name Aaliyah, Im not sure what exactly her problem with me. She was perfectly fine with the customer before me, maybe it’s because I asked for my croissant to be reheated .

Up here from the Keys for two days of work and this location was my go to both mornings. The staff at this location are amazing, friendly, helpful, happy and just overall phenomenal! Quick service. Highly recommend this location! The people are fantastic!

Stopped in for classic Starbucks coffee (cafe verona).on Saturday morning August 9 2025 .Employee Katy was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed hanging out. Noticed that Katy was also busy cleaning tables and keeping the area tidy. Very nice ! She’s a keeper ! The food offerings could be improved but I’ll be back. For me it’s all about the coffee and the ambiance.

I stopped by this Starbucks #13563 , 1500 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach Fl on Friday Dec 6, 2024 and was greeted by Hayden with a smile . He accurately noted my drink ( iced espresso, 6 shots in a venti, extra ice, whip cream and extra cinnamon dolce powder ( on top of the ice & whip cream) as well as ordered a twice toasted croissant since it was shortly after noon time. Alexine made my “staple” drink perfectly, just the way I prefer it. It’s a flavorful drink with no addl add on’s. I refer to it as my “staple” drink as I drink it often, regardless of the time of day! The croissant was also delicious to have for a lite lunch item. While I do not live in the area, I will definitely return to this Starbucks when I’m in the area. It’s convenient, and not to far from I95 N or S bound! Thanks !!

Had a rough day wanted a quick pick me up and asked for an iced chai with no ice the girl said “ so iced but no ice” and i clarified id like it cold but i don’t really want tons of ice cubes so just two-three would be fine. The guy that made my drink puts it on the counter and gives me a dirty look staring at me for a second and mumbling as I said thank you, only to look down and see a drink full of ice. I usually don’t make requests for my drinks since i know people can be ridiculous but come on. There’s even a note on the order sticker that says 2 cubes. I usually love this starbucks

I really wish I knew a way to create consistency with these guys. It’s the closest one to me and I go about 7 days per week. Unfortunately, out of those 7 days I may only get coffee that taste the way I want it twice, or maybe three times if I’m lucky that week.
I get the same thing and it’s the top seller (iced brown sugar oat milk espresso); but they just don’t make it the same way two times in a row….EVER! For the money we pay it’s extremely upsetting.
