This was my first time coming to this starbucks and I had such a great experience today no thanks to Ari . She was so friendly , welcoming and supportive to everyone around her . They made my drink perfectly and even though the store was busy , they all took the time to greet everyone coming in . This starbucks makes you feel like a valued customer.

The cashier who took my order was rude and didn’t listen to what I asked for (extra ice AND extra cream), she rushed to finish my order. The baristas who made our drinks were great though.

Extremely good service, with good food & drinks. I had no problems when I ordered and the food and drink came very fast however, the employees didn’t seem like they liked working there, but they didn’t show it. Just expressions on faces and how they speak. Otherwise I love the new reconstruction and modern feel to the place but the prices were a little high. So I would come back but not every day of the week.

I used to go to the downstairs starbucks all the time but they recently relocated to upstairs. I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade and my sister ordered a iced vanilla latte. First, they said they don’t have peach which I was okay with and asked if i could just get a green tea lemonade. As we were waiting, I was watching one of the employees make the drinks. She was spilling milk and water all over the place and touching the caps of the drinks. Very unsanitary. I ended up waiting for 20+ minutes for essentially an arnold palmer. Everybody behind me had gotten their drinks and I was close to leaving until I looked over at the made drinks and saw that they made a passion fruit tea under my name. Not even close to what I ordered. My sister got her drink after around 10 minutes. It had sugar free vanilla which was quite random because she didn’t ask for sugar free at all. Whoever took our orders put the drinks as sugar free vanilla and passion fruit tea. Not very good service from the ordering desk or the baristas. Would not recommend:(

I got my coffee since I am a regular customer and I asked for a cup of water and I was told that I needed to make the line again if I didn’t ask for one because they were busy, but they never gave me a cup of water!!!
