I usually enjoy this Starbucks, the drinks are always made well and the staff is friendly, but today really caught me off guard.
I was only there for about 15 minutes: just enough time to order, get my drink, and sit down. In that short window, one of the employees (dark hair, wearing all black) burped twice, and both times were extremely loud. It felt really unprofessional, especially in a food service environment where stuff like that just comes off as… kinda gross.
The rest of the service was great, but the experience honestly ruined the vibe for me. I really hope management addresses it, because it made me not want to stay and enjoy my drink like I normally do.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The store is big bright and a lot of outdoor seating. The shelves are filled with merchandise and the staff is extremely nice. It is conveniently located in a huge Shopping center. They always have a nice selection and seem to keep all their sandwiches and desserts fresh and in stock.

The service was bad from the moment I placed my order until I received my drink. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no customer service at all. The baristas seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in paying attention to customers and getting orders right. I ordered a caramel macchiato, but it was disappointingly bland. When I opened the lid, I noticed there was no caramel sauce on top of the foam, and they probably forgot the vanilla syrup too. It was just milk and coffee. Terrible! I do not recommend this location!

It’s starbucks so there’s not really a difference in the taste of the coffee or food, but this location specifically has great staff. The kid at the front (male, looked to be in his 20s, black hair) is great, respectful and friendly. 5 stars all around.

Didn’t listen to what I wanted, and then I asked for what I wanted on the top and she’s just like “well it’s an extra charge for future reference” and my frappe tasted like straight up milk. The customer service is just bleh, they used to be really nice and inviting but idk it’s gone down hill.

Generally I like Starbucks but I wish I had taken a photo of the tables outside, there’s no way they’ve been cleaned in over a week, not one but all. The trash is clearly piled up from many days. You order ahead on the app and despite six people working…..over 30 minutes later…..it’s not ready and then the order wasn’t even right. Multiple times to this store and it’s always the same: slow, dirty and inaccurate.. Other Starbucks are fine. It is a bit of a thankless job, I get it, but really this can’t even be half effort.
