Unfortunately, I went to order a drink, asked for a seasonal item that they didn’t carry anymore and the cashier was extremely rude and short with me. I was asking questions for alternatives and she was giving me one word answers. I didnt demand anything and was not a rude customer. Horrible customer service from the cashier. The other associates seemed to be very pleasant. My drink was delicious.

Honestly, there isn’t a better Starbucks location. The staff make an honest effort to know every single customer (if you want), and ask you about your life updates. Every customer knows the store manager by name. And they, importantly, make my drink delicious every single time. When I have to visit another location, I am always hopeful, but inevitably it doesn’t even compare.

7/11/24 update: there’s still no better Starbucks location. They truly make delicious coffee, and spread light into the world.
I spent 6wks straight here studying for exams, and they were always encouraging me. [And even kept me accountable when I would show up late…]. Completely worth the extra time to step out of your car to walk into this establishment over any drive thru.

Overall good, but always check your order! I ordered a Pike with cream and sugar. Definitely no cream. Now I’m stuck with plain black coffee.
