Their employee Jorge got my order wrong in the drive thru and then reprimanded me twice for it. First, he clarified I should have ordered bacon and Gruyère egg bites instead of bacon and cheese egg bites- somehow this would have prevented me from incorrectly receiving a sandwich. I waited across his window (standing in the parking lot) for the egg bites and approached when he gestured that they were ready. As he gave them to me, he advised that for future reference next time I would have to wait inside – I guess when they mess up a future order. I told him that the order should have been correct and he ripped the food I paid for out of my hand and told me that I cannot wait outside due to insurance liability issues as though I want to wait around extra time in the heat but we all know going in will turn this to an even longer event- see their other negative reviews . All the cars were idled in the drive thru line since this Starbucks always takes so long to fulfill orders- there was a zero chance of me getting ran over so I do not understand the aggression or urgency. The closest car was 5 ft in back of me and not moving. He did not seem concerned that maybe I have somewhere to go or apologetic that he delayed me. I wish he said sorry with as much enthusiasm as he has for their potential insurance issues. He never apologized but eventually did return my bag of food. We come here everyday for 8 years , no more

This business is a disaster, and if you go in the afternoon, the staff ignore you. They don’t understand Spanish or English, and they’re incredibly rude. I bought egg bats and they gave them to me cold, and they were annoyed when I returned them. If you’re in a hurry, you’re better off going somewhere else. I visited Starbucks for my coffee and accidentally left my bag behind. The staff immediately secured it and made sure it was safely returned to me. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. A special shout-out to Ashley (the supervisor), Tiffany, Laura, Kayla, and Alyssa — those ladies are absolute superstars. Their professionalism and care truly made my day. Thank you!

This service here is always on point. It is very clean here! Love that they greet you and seem happy to see you. They always remember my drink order and most of them make it amazing. The majority of the staff make very good drinks! I’ve been coming here for months and I see the same faces working. The food is good and the coffee is delicious.

On our way from Miami to Key West, we were looking for a quick breakfast stop to save time and decided on Starbucks. It turned out to be a great choice for a convenient and satisfying meal.

The location had plenty of parking space, so we easily found a spot and headed inside. As we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and festive atmosphere. The store was beautifully decorated with Christmas-themed decorations.

For breakfast, we ordered a variety of items, including Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich, Egg Bites, and Sausage Cheddar Egg Sandwich, along with our favorite coffee options. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt–our food and drinks were ready in no time.

The food did not disappoint. The sandwiches and egg bites were delicious and perfectly prepared, making for a great start to the day. The standout item was the newly introduced Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich, which was not only flavorful but also hearty and satisfying. Everyone in our group loved it and agreed it was the highlight of the meal.

The combination of good food, great coffee, and the festive ambiance made Starbucks a perfect breakfast stop for us. It was quick, convenient, and left us feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey to Key West.

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly, the employees always want to help you, and the service is so good and quick. I enjoy coming to this location because of how quick and efficient everyone is. I find it clean also. The drive thru is also good, as it doesn’t take long compared to other locations.

It’s frustrating when the first thing you look forward to in the morning—your coffee—gets messed up. You ask for light ice and still receive a cup packed with it. When you go inside to have it corrected, instead of remaking the drink, they simply pour some out to remove the ice and top it off with more milk right in front of you. You clearly order a Venti, yet somehow you’re handed a Grande. To make matters worse, they try to suggest you ordered it incorrectly. Considering how much money is spent there daily, this specific location simply isn’t worth the constant hassle. It’s no surprise their rating is low.

I recently stopped by to buy something for my 2 year old, stood at the register for minutes, no one acknowledge us, I asked if I could pay and they never answered me, just kept telling each other, you do, no I’m busy you do it, some were having personal conversations. I asked twice and one came over and said, I can but at that register. Completely rude, horrible experience and very upsetting. There was no one else in line. 5 were working drive thru, no one could help me in the store.
