Starbucks is a place where I hold meetings, complete quick tasks, and enjoy my coffee and music. This particular Starbucks truly caught my attention because of the exceptional level of friendliness and professionalism displayed by the staff.
I want to give special recognition to team members who go above and beyond these are people who clearly understand what Starbucks is about: genuine customer care.
Jorge is a barista like no other. He is the perfect example of what Starbucks stands for. He is fast, consistently prepares excellent drinks, always serves clean cups, and does everything with a smile. He delivers exceptional service with remarkable attention to detail on every beverage. Even when things don’t go as planned, he finds a way to make the coffee just right and truly represents what it means to care about the details.

New location, they are still figuring things out. The actual place looks really nice. Very large with lots of variety for seating options (all pics I see posted are of previous location), both inside and out. Very clean so far but there’s no garbage can on the patio, which is annoying. They weren’t aware of what they were out of, which I put down to a new system and maybe new staff. They also made my shaken espresso with almost no espresso but remade it when I asked. Staff seemed kind enough. I did have to wait a while for my food (and then longer when they realized they didn’t have it). Hopefully they will get more efficient with time.

I visited this Starbucks on Saturday January 24th and despite the location being bigger and nicer it is super slow. Get this I placed my order at about 4:30pm and saw my food come out about 20min later and my drink was still missing. I asked the staff how much longer and they made it right there super quick and the lid wasn’t even put on correctly. I don’t understand why I waited almost 25min for my entire order and they didn’t even call-out my name. This Starbucks has to work on their speed of service!

The core issue with this store its Management. They do not plan staff on site well, and the employees are left with the mismanagement burden. And is getting worst, than better
Always double check your orders from this location. Rarely do they get it right – very rarely as these staff is under constant pressure to deliver while not enough staff.
Looks like understaffing is severe on spike days (Friday morning). Starbucks spends the money for location, the barely places proper staffing.

I go and sit at this starbucks and do my work a couple times a week, woman named Celeste is very unpleasant. She is loudly yelling at the employees what seems to be every time I go to this location in the mornings. Employees look scared. It is very uncomfortable to witness. This lady always looks negative and you can tell by looking at the employees faces that they are scared of her. My sandwich and latte always come out great, how unfortunate for the ugly atmosphere.

FINALLY this starbucks has opened. I use to go to their cafe all the time and the atmosphere was good, now it’s amazing!! The wonderful baristas Angel & Priscilla helped me pick out the perfect beverage to go with my banana bread. Overall amazing service, amazing atmosphere, and amazing coffee. If you haven’t I definitely recommend stopping by…who knows it might become your new starbucks.

The wait is over. Our next family food adventure takes us to Starbucks, a new location in Doral, closer to the International Mall. No reviews yet. This place surpasses all expectations. It’s not just about having a cup of coffee, but you can relax with soothing sounds in the background that disconnect you from the stress and noise of the city. With plenty of space in each area, you can share your favorite beverage with friends and family. Also, during the winter or summer season, they have a spacious patio with perfect decor. And thanks to the team for their dedication in preparing every drink and snack we ate, especially to Madison and Karla for their attentive service.

Starbucks’ coffee quality remains generic and mediocre and among the most acidic in the world. However, this is a very cool and popular location where students come to chill and study and office workers come for their morning and afternoon java recharge. It’s got a great outdoor patio area for relaxing under the brilliant Miami sun. The location is well-kept, clean and serves a variety of sandwiches, desserts, hot and cold drinks and, of course, very friendly service.

I’ve just ordered and received my coffee. Note the alignment of the lid with sip opening to cup seam. Starbucks Baristas have been lining it up in more frequency than before appearing to demonstrate a doubling down of this & other efforts and creating a hostile environment for me that goes against their community values of being an inclusive place.
