I always have a great experience at Starbucks! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and my drinks are always made perfectly. Their green tea protein shake (hot) is one of my absolute favorites — refreshing, delicious, and made consistently well every time.

I also love their ham and cheese sandwich and their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich — both are always warm, fresh, and satisfying. The entire team does a great job, and I really appreciate the quality and consistency here.

Highly recommend this Starbucks for great drinks, great food, and great service!

Awful, Banana Republic policies are in place, I had to order a coffee to get access to the restroom. This is offensive. I am a year all year round Starbucks customer; anyway, I had the pleasure to call the manager and offer my coffee to her as a gift. I hope she enjoyed it.

She had a good attitude and ready to help customers, people like her make Starbucks company the best coffee shop in the market. The customer service at this Starbucks is pathetic.
1st Starting because we had to wait more than 25 minutes for 2 Coffees… without having orders ahead since there was no one else but behind us in line

2nd To entertain ourselves while we waited and waited we chose some thermoses and decided to buy them and one of them had 2 prices and they charged us the highest price, we told her and the manager said no, the price was the highest, I mean that was not the price… the mistake is theirs and the duty is to charge the price they set and in this case the lowest because I repeat it is their mistake…
3rd they close at 11:30 pm and it was 11:20 and they told us they were closed, taking us out of the store

4th, as I told you, it was 11:20 and we decided to buy 3 more thermoses to give as gifts from Starbucks and they told us that it was closed and they couldn’t sell us those thermoses, what about?

The manager has the duty of running the store in order and solving problems, in addition to providing her and her team with excellent service, but they don’t even come close to providing good service, very very terrible customer service, and to make it clear to you that they are terrible. In terms of customer service, we will never return to that Starbucks in our lives, nor do we recommend it at all to anyone, it would be terrible if they were there, that’s why we tell them to never go there, and to complete it, the manager was the one who participated in the Bad, very bad service and not even resolving the altercation of the thermoses and the price and the terrible service and poor resolution of problems and thus making a bad experience for the client and consumer

As a frequent Starbucks customer, I have to say this is the worst Starbucks in the area. After waiting 30minutes on the drive thru line, they can’t even get the order right and didn’t even give me the food order. I had to park and walk in and ask for the food and for them to fix the drink. They even have the nerve to get upset when you ask them to fix the drink.

Steven & Mandy are absolute heaven sent. May everyone’s day start with receiving coffee from either one of these two! They’re kind, patient and attentive. I’ve had MULTIPLE encounters with both of them an every time it’s the same, patient and kind. They’re not trying to rush you and take your order, they verify your order is correct, it isn’t a problem if I mess up by accident. They handle it with such grace. Steven & Mandy, kudos to you both!

They took and delivered wrong order, they never apologized. We ordered 2 Frappuccino; 1 caramel and 1 vanilla; and a latte with unsweetened almond milk which wasn’t available so we asked for heavy cream, also unsweetened. They delivered 1 caramel Frappuccino and the latte (which was extremely hot and couldn’t try until after 10 minutes). We rectified the vanilla Frappuccino and were told that we never asked for it, that’s it, no apologies even. We paid and left. After 10 minutes we realized the unsweetened latte had VANILLA SYRUP in it. The worst service I’ve received ever. You guys need to improve the quality of people you are hiring. And train them properly

I love Starbucks. They have lovely working people at this Starbucks. Most of the time I order an Iced caramel latte with vanilla sweet cold foam ,and caramel drizzle and cinnamon powder on top I also love the venti iced matcha latte and I add two Splendas to it
