It is quite rare to see this type of situation in establishments with very rigorous work procedures, but this Starbucks, which is very well located in one of the best cities in South Florida, has the bad habit of not opening at the time established by the store. I have waited up to more than an hour for the people inside to take the kindness to open and serve all of us who were waiting outside. I suppose that the common practice of the workers is to clock in at 4:00 am and spend as much time as possible doing nothing. I hope this situation is corrected.

I won’t be coming back here. I ordered a white mocha for pick up with 3 pumps of white mocha and 2 pumps of peppermint, and when I got it, it tasted like water. The barista said she would fix it, but remade it with just coffee and milk. It still tasted watery and she didn’t add any of the extras I paid for. They clearly don’t pay attention to orders, and I didn’t have time to wait again. I ended up leaving with a plain coffee with milk instead of what I ordered.

Lovely Starbucks right on Miracle Mile. Super friendly staff, very spacious and lots of places to sit. Wifi was not very strong but a pleasant option for a one off workday. Would definitely recommend and be back if I need to find a place to work while in the area. Location is great!

Best location, best team, best service! I’ve grown up drinking Starbucks and I’ve been to countless locations. What really sets this one apart is the amazing team at the front and management as well. The entire group of girls like Jas and Marisol and the others make this experience 1 of 1! In addition to it being extremely professional, they’re not robotic and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working here. If I ever order my drink incorrectly, they replace it no questions asked. They always greet you with a smile and it amazes me how they know my name. To take it up a step further, they’ve even writing cute notes and hearts on drinks and it always makes my employees (we work at a business nearby) and I smile.
Kiyomi is amazing and super passionate about what she does as well!
Overall, out of the hundreds of drinks I’ve purchased at this location, they’ve all been superb and handed to me with a smile every time. I love it here!

Great location in Miracle Mile. Really nice service and staff. They have a pickup window. Signs everywhere for social distancing. The outdoor area is small, but I enjoy going for a walk with my drink in that area. The only parking close by is city parking. Good luck parking near by!

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte, expecting the usual fall favorite, but what I got was far from it. The drink was so oily on top that it was inedible. The color was more orange than coffee, which made me question if it was even made correctly. I’ve had this drink many times before, and this was by far the worst experience. I hope the quality improves because this was truly disappointing.

I went to Starbucks this morning to receive the bonus points from the app. I ordered the perfect bar, the berry trio parfait. The cheese and fruit protein box and a Trent’s iced green tea. The food is prepackaged but still good. They have prepared foods as well such as breakfast sandwiches, overall good and this one is open early
