I don’t usually stop at Starbucks, but I really enjoyed this visit. The food was good and the atmosphere was welcoming. Whoever trained the baristas at this store did a great job — everyone was fast, attentive, and polite.
Two barista in particular, Jadyn, stood out to me. She was well-mannered, professional, and had a light sense of humor that gave this old guy a good laugh. She and Logan did a great job and made the experience even better, cheers to the young folks.

I would tell everybody in anybody never to step foot in this horrible establishment. I don’t care if you’re privately owned. A teenager who has fallen down and needed to use a restroom was refused to use the restroom unless they bought something first. What has this world come to that you cannot use a bathroom unless you purchase an overpriced item from this ‘store’??
My well dressed, polite daughter literally had to borrow money in order to buy an overpriced item TO BE GRACED ACCESS TO YOUR BATHROOM?? If people don’t think there’s something fundamentally wrong with this including the owners of this establishment then you all need your head examined. I would love the owner of this establishment to call me personally. I understand if my daughter looked homeless, on drugs, or somebody that look like they were up to no good…. But a teenage girl that was visually showing signs of a need for a bathroom and to be told that she was denied using a TOILET and a sink because she needed to purchase something first? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???? WHERE IS YOUR HUMANITY? EMPATHY? HUMAN DECENCY? Pathetic.

After all… why should they, right?
I walked in expecting coffee, maybe even a smile.
Instead, I got the live-action reenactment of “the Walking Dead.”
The baristas looked at me like I had just interrupted a national holiday.
One even made eye contact, blinked slowly, and then went right back to rearranging cups like it was the finale of Cup Jenga Championships.
If you’re hoping for coffee, service, or basic acknowledgment of your existence, try literally any other building in the area.
Might even have better espresso.
Would give zero stars, but unfortunately, Google hasn’t launched that feature yet.

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently great. I especially want to highlight Sara — she is incredibly kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Her warm attitude and genuine care truly make a difference. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also adds such a personal touch. Thank you, Sara, for making my visit extra special!

It was amazing that the managing barista , who is absolutely adorable and so en point, was able to make me my favourite pour-over,,even though it was 20 minutes to close. She was so pleasant about it and so nice I just couldn’t believe it! Very fitting for the upscale shops around the store and Iwas so grateful for the kind attention that she gave to my order because I was moving clothing all day under pressure …. so weary …and it was just the right measure of pick me up/ bright up my night. Exceptional!❤️

One of the best Starbucks locations in the Broward county area. I prefer this location better than the Atlantic location and the location in the Walk in Coral Springs. Here it’s very fast and the staff are friendly. Outdoor and indoor seating. Lots of people to people watch. It can be a bit noisy at times but that’s okay.

Staff member pulled a garbage bag out and it had a hole in which, which caused coffee/tea to leak all over the floor. All the staff did was place cones around it, even though the light was expanding across the floor. It literally covered the area where you would get napkins or straws. Three ladies who worked there just looked at it as they add cones. Looked very dirty/nasty.
