I have been going to DD since I was born, because I am from New England, so when I moved here in 2001 I continued with them, but lately DD has become a war zone with the staff, and decided to give Starbucks a try. I just want to tell you that I have never met a person like Mitchell before. I went in there 1 time and he remembered my name and always says “Hi Barbara” as soon as I walk in. I get the medium decaf Americano because no caffeine for me, just looking at Mitchell and not getting barked at by the staff makes it all worth the price. He is a happy, warm, fun human being who is fantastic at his job.

Adam, Aidan, and Theo where are the greatest part ever. I literally came in three minutes before closing after having one of the longest work days ever and not only did they make me my drink to perfection but they were extremely hospitable, friendly and overall just a positive vibe. I just wanted to write a review shouting out this Starbucks! This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Chris, Kim, Kirstre, Aracelis, Emma, Aidan, Luis, and Anthony are the best staff members ever! Every time I come here to study/do homework, they always provide the best service! The store is always tidy and clean, and the music is a bit loud, but I don’t mind it too much. I absolutely love this Starbucks!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Cameron at Starbucks! She is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, she remembers my name, my order, and even my dog’s name. That level of attention and care is rare and makes such a difference. She goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and honestly, she has turned my visits into something I look forward to. It feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with a friend. Cameron truly makes the experience so much better, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and consistency she brings every day!

Great food, great baristas! There’s this one barista named Kim. She’s truly the best! She has great customer service, she’s quick with making orders but she makes sure it’s correct. I love how kind everyone is and how everyone works together as a team! I love this location!

I think they accidentally made my order a regular instead of decaf :/ other than that, the coffee was good! They also had pebble ice I love their brown sugar shaken espresso, so I got it in the venti!! Perfect amount of ice as well.
