I hate that this is the only starbucks near my house because it’s the worst. They take drive through orders one at a time as in: when you get to the speaker, the employee says “one moment” and then doesn’t take your order until a few minutes later once they’ve taken care of the person at the window. To order and get it fulfilled takes so long and there’s no lane or room to abandon the drive thru if you can’t wait anymore, so you’re basically stuck all the way through. Even if you order ahead which is what I do almost every time, because they take drive thru orders one at a time to completion, your mobile order food is cold and the ice in the drink has already halfway melted by the time you do receive it. I’ve given up coming here before work because it always makes me late; even when I leave my house an extra 25 minutes early. I’ve tried time and time again thinking this is just a bad day or 2 or 6 and it is EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Fun fact: I was able to write this reveiw while waiting forever in the drive thru!

⚠️Neglected Restroom:
This particular Starbucks location has a low rating, and it’s easy to see why, the restroom situation is unacceptable. I didn’t plan to order anything today, but as a regular Starbucks customer, I value their public restrooms, especially compared to places like Dunkin’ Donuts, where the staff, often an unhelpful employee, claims the restroom is “out of service” (though it never actually is; they just don’t want anyone using it).
This Starbucks, however, has its own issues. The restroom features a high-tech, sensor-activated toilet with no manual flush handle, which, surprisingly, works fine. Clearly, it’s designed to save on water costs, and I suspect the contractor who installed these expensive systems is profiting handsomely. But the real problem is the complete lack of toilet paper and seat covers. I’m prepared enough to carry a small flask of lemon-scented Lysol to clean the seat myself, but without any paper products, the restroom was unusable. This is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to customers. Starbucks needs to address this issue immediately.

I had such a delighful experience when I went yesterday with my family to pick up some lattes. We decided to go inside and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere! It was quiet, clean, spacious, and had lots of seating. But the highlight of our night was Kevon. He was very kind and gave excellent service! He was so patient with us while we figured out which drinks we wanted and made great suggestions. Will definitely be coming back!

I have had my share of issues with past orders from this Starbucks, but I chose to ignore them. However, now I am over this location and their lack of care in making accurate high quality drinks. Given Starbucks price point, there is very little room for errors when making drinks and/or food items. Last week I ordered 3 drinks via the Uber Eats app, and paid quite of bit of money for the drinks once service fees, tips, etc. are added. Yes, we were being lazy due to the cold weather and was looking forward to the hot drinks. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 drinks were not good. The HOT CHOCOLATE did not have any HOT CHOCOLATE in it. It was pure almond milk in the cup. I called the store to complain and spokebwith the “manager”. She asked if I wanted to come to the store for new drinks. If I wanted to drive, I would not have ordered via Uber Eats. Of course, she could not give me a refund because I ordered via the app. She offered that I come to the store the next day to pick up new drinks. That never happened. Fast forward to today, we placed an order for 3 drinks via the drive thru. One being a HOT CHOCOLATE with almond milk and NO whip cream. We received the hot chocolate, removed the lid on the drink only to see whip cream on top. A new hot chocolate was requested. The cashier gave us back the same drink. Someone simply removed the lid and poured off the whip cream and gave us the same drink back with a dirty cup. We returned the drink once again and requested a freshly made hot chocolate. We received the drink, removed the top and it looked fine. Unfortunately, by the time we made it home, my spouse began to feel nauseous. It was at this time that we realized they used regular milk instead of almond milk in the hot chocolate. How do we know? My spouse does not drink dairy at all and because nausea after consuming this drink. Once again, I called the store to speak with the manager and was told “the store does not have any managers”. “The last manager quit recently and they only have floor supervisors”. I spoke with the floor supervisor, who was a nice gentlemen and yet again offered compensation for the drinks. I declined because this is simply about providing a high quality of service and drinks at EVERY visit. This is also about respecting customers’ dietary restrictions. I would hate to think that the lack of consistency in this store in related to the store’s location, but I honestly do not have these issues when I go to other Starbucks outside of Miami Gardens. I called the Corporate office as well to document my concerns related to this store’s poor quality of drinks and lack of concern for dietary restrictions. I was told the district manager/office would be notified and address the issues with this location. The Corporate office offered a refund for the hot chocolate and 20.00 for my inconvenience. Everyone seems to miss the point that I am simply looking for consistency in services and drink quality. Stop wasting customers time by giving them the wrong drinks, calling the store to complain, asking them to return to the store, and finally being forced to drive to further locations by simply providing a high quality of service and drinks. Please do better!

I’m from NYC and love coffee. 9/10 I would never come to Starbucks but I have to say this location definitely changed my mind. Service is great and staff is friendly. I was paying $14 for a latte and they introduced me to the Starbucks trick to the trade on how to effectively order without paying that much. Although I still needed a quad shot coffee was a good replacement from my usual coffee back home

This is my local Starbucks, close to both home and my office, so I’m here at least four days a week. Whether I’m stopping in before a full day of therapy sessions or swinging by on a Saturday with my family, Robert always makes my visit extra special. He recognizes me right away, greets me warmly, and consistently delivers amazing customer service. His genuine kindness and attention to detail make this feel like more than just a coffee stop, it’s truly my neighborhood Starbucks.

I visited Starbucks today 9/3/25 at 9:14 AM and the crew working this morning absolutely deserves recognition! The girl on the headset taking orders was so energetic, kind, and upbeat
it instantly made my day brighter. The girl who handed me my food was just as pleasant and welcoming. Service was incredibly fast and efficient.

Whatever team was working at this time, you all get an A+ from me. Thank you for making my morning so positive!

This is the worst Starbucks location — mainly because of the drive-thru. The afternoon staff is by far the worst of them all.

There’s one kid who takes orders and is always rushing through every customer. Starbucks isn’t supposed to feel like an “anything else, anything else” type of place.

I won’t mention his name because I don’t want him to lose his job, but he definitely needs to be reassigned to another position.

This location makes the worst drinks ever. After coming here several times, it seems they do everything except following the recipe. Today I ordered the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso and there was no brown sugar in sight. Please do better!!
