My FAVORITE Starbucks! The best on so many fronts. First, the staff members are excellent and professional. Second, consistency in the drink. My caramel macchiato has tasted the exact same every time at this location. If you are going to spend $6.+ on coffee it better be heavenly every time, and that it is 100%.
There is at times a long wait but it is worth it because this Starbucks has time down to a science and it goes fast. If you are a frequent flyer get the App because you will save money and you will also get a free cup on red cup day!

Coffee is always made perfectly! All the Baristas are always so friendly and helpful. Emily is so sweet and accommodating and Ralph has the best customer service I’ve ever received at any retail or food service, He is so personable. The whole crew really make going to this location worth the 30 minute drive from my house.

Brittany was SOOOOO awesome!!! My husband and I are rewards members that work delivery services & believe it or not there wasn’t a Starbucks in sight all day… So finally it’s end of the work day, we call over here for our update on red ♥️ cup day inventory and of course they’re almost gone . She comes out with the best suggestion to go ahead and put our order through the app AND she’d keep an eye out for it. We come to pickup sure enough she had both in a bag with our steaming fresh hot creme brulee lattes!!! Between the holiday flavors, customer service above and beyond this location never disappoints and if there is they’re always quick to fix. The smallest things bring light to people’s lives don’t stop being AWESOME!!!

It’s impossible to get a consistent cup of coffee at this place. I have the most simple order and it is messed up every day. I don’t know how this location stays in business. Go to the Target down the road, the employees there get the orders right.

So first off this isn’t pumpkin spice if you look at the picture it looks choclate because it’s actually mocha. It’s a tall drink in a grande cup so that’s why it looks half empty. In addition to that it was cold and I even asked for whip cream which they didn’t add either. This whole drink is wrong! I can’t even go back to get this drink corrected which is upsetting because I was really looking forward to this drink. I don’t drink much coffee this was a treat, so I’m very upset. I went thru drive thru and it wasn’t even that busy so how did this mistake even happen! How can I get my money back/get this order.

The coffee does not taste that good, coming from a 40+ year coffee drinker from the northwest. It has this taste like it’s been ran through a dirty sock… When SB first came out I enjoyed their coffee, to the point I would buy coffee cards for convenience. The employees have always been a pleasure dealing with. Depending on location it can get kind of loud inside but usually quiet.
I also noticed the size difference in drink sizes. In WA state there is a SB ever few blocks or so, no joke! They are everywhere. You can get up to a 32oz latte, crazy amount, I know. But the further east across the USA, the biggest size you can get is a 20oz. Don’t know why and honestly don’t care

I am a regular Starbucks customer, and frequent many local shoppes. This location has always provided great customer service, food tasted as expected, my espresso orders are strong, and my cold drinks are always perfect. Access to this location is a bit awkward and parking can be a challenge, but mostly only truly problematic during peak hours. I am a “go into the shop customer,” and I am always greeted with a “hello, welcome in,” and a smile, and out and back to my day quickly.
