Great across the board!! The staff is amazing , Always friendly and positive!!! It truly is a nice way to start your day or just want to be around happy people and the coffee and food are very big plus!!! I love the white chocolate mocha and the ham & cheese croissant, my go too’s for sure . The drive thru although it’s always super long line the staff get you through it very quick so I recommend stopping in and picking up on the good vibes and great coffee!!!

This Starbucks location is amazing! We were here for a tutoring session, and my student scored a perfect 100 on her math test. The team went above and beyond to celebrate her success. As I started cheering, everyone from the back came out to join in and cheer for her. It made her feel so special and seen. It was so supportive and genuine, and it made her feel incredibly special. When I entered the Starbucks, I stood at the counter for about five minutes while Sam, Meg, and Jasmin walked back and forth preparing drinks. During that time, I was not acknowledged, greeted or informed that they would be with me shortly. Not once did anyone say “give me a moment” or apologize for the delay.
Mel then came out from the back and I expressed to her that I had not been assisted and that her coworkers had walked past me several times without acknowledgment. Mel was extremely apologetic, professional, and helpful. She did not display any attitude, unlike Sam whose behavior felt dismissive when I was explaining the situation to Mel. Mel immediately directed me to the manager, allowing me to properly voice my concerns.
While standing there, I told myself I would never return to this Starbucks. However, my interaction with Mel changed that feeling. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help made a meaningful difference. I truly believe she deserves more than just a “good job” or a pat on the back for the way she handled the situation. I really hope the manger has a sit down with his unprofessional staff and I really hope Mel gets something for her professionalism and customer service skills .

I ordered a tall hot chocolate with caramel drizzle this morning. What I received was a HALF cup of warm milk. I drove back to ask them to replace my drink, which they kindly did. However, when I got back to my office and opened the lid, I saw a piece of plastic floating around in my drink – how disgusting!! Even though the staff is friendly, the quality control is extremely poor at this Murrell Road location.

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years food, service & atmosphere is always great however today they really made a great impression. I forgot my wallet and didn’t realize until I was at the window the girls were super patient and ended up gifting my drink. Small thing but definitely made my day, thank you!!
