Customer service leaves much to be desired. I have never been to a Starbucks where they shout out the drive thru window “I hope you have a better day”. We were behind a silver vehicle that was driving off when the girl in the window yelled that at the leaving customer. I’m not sure what the customer did, but I can assure you that is not how Starbucks rolls. Do better!!!! Stay away from this location. They need a course in kindness.

Went through drive through today. Drink came fast was exactly how I ordered and I had a smiley face drawn on my cup in sharpie, this personal touch really made my morning. Thank you to the person in the window, you never really know what someone is going through and a simple smile can change the course of the day.

I will never return to this location after my experience this morning with the rude employees and manager. I have been a Starbucks customer for 10 plus years and this is the first time I’ve experienced not only such unprofessionalism but also hostility.
Additionally, I have placed hundreds of mobile orders and have never had an issue while picking one up. However, this morning unfortunately that was simply not the case.
This morning when I arrived for my coffee the barista at the speaker reminded me that I had “just placed” my order when I pulled up. I didn’t think this was a big deal since there were no other cars in the drive through line. When I got to the window he asked me to drive back around the drive through because there were other cars (1 car) they needed to help first (that came after me.) After driving around the barista stuck my coffee out of the window without speaking or even looking at me. When I asked if there was a problem with me placing a mobile order and coming to get my drink the barista replied “yes” that next time I need to wait 15-20 minutes as that’s their new store policy.
I called the store and asked to speak with the manager to confirm this new 15-20 minute rule and she was even more rude than the barista. She told me that yes it’s correct, that I should have waited the 15-20 minutes. She said I was in the wrong and asked me why would I come right after placing my order? She also said that I was the one who was rude to “her barista”. When I asked for her name she hung up on me.

We ordered a vanilla frappe got to the window the lady handed us a vanilla bean thing told her that was not what we ordered she got all upset and said she was so confused. Did not understand we tried to tell we but couldn’t. Finally we left threw it out the window. Service sucked if someone can’t get the order right don’t put her there no receipt was given to us really just lousy service And she made the mistake and she did not want to hear about it nor did she want to correct it

I would give 0 stars if possible. Nina and Lyel have to be the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Watching them berate the employees in front of customers is not the way to do business. They have no idea what they are doing and they call themselves managers. I would strongly recommend you drive a little further south for real coffee and professionalism.

The employees at this location have awful attitudes. Ordered a mobile order got in line a few minutes later. No one else was in line. We got to the speaker they say it’s not ready but they will start it. Get to the window and they remind us again it’s not ready and we need to read the ready time because there’s other mobile orders ahead of us. We said sorry we didn’t think it would be an issue with no one else in line for the drive thru. The lady said “I did you a favor and made your drink first but you need to be aware of the ready times every time” I found it off putting as again NO one was in line.

This location is quite busy when we went, it took long time for our drinks which I didn’t mind waiting. The server/staff were great & pleasant. Their restroom is clean. The waiting area/inside shop is clean and neat as well. Easy to order!

Ordered ahead with two cars ahead of me, by the time I got to the window they said my drink was not ready and wanted my to go back through the drive thru that had cars in the road already! So what was the point of me giving staff 3 extra minutes to make ONE iced drink, for it to say it would be ready in two minutes. Go back through the drive through and wait 20 minutes for my drink. I will never come back to this location, that’s ridiculous! It was 10:04 and my app said it would be ready at 10:06. DO BETTER! And while you are at it, fix your drive through!

Everyone working looked at me and didn’t help. Rude as hell. They’re rude as hell. Very much believe it was a race thing. All light skinned got served and the one black girl had to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a door dash order that’s already packed in the back. Y’all need better people working.
