Great location and great iced coffee! Can’t go wrong with Starbucks when you are in the area of one. Friendly staff and quick service! Very clean restaurant and facilities. I did tell them how to spell my name but they may not have heard me. Not a deal breaker as the coffee was great! Will definitely be back and recommend this location for sure!

I cant even begin to explain how amazing my experience has been here at this Starbucks location. I’m a senior at the Highschool that this location is next to and being able to study here before and after school has been wonderful. I’ve always been given excellent treatment from the staff and they provide perfect study foods. I’ve also used this place to study for the Asfab and landed my dream career in the military thanks to the mornings I used studying here before school. 10/10 service, food, and atmosphere.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation needs to be addressed. On October 11th around 8:00 a.m., I went through the drive-thru on my way to work, just like I do about three times a week. I ordered my usual — a black iced coffee with caramel in the cup, crunch on the bottom, whipped cream, and more caramel and crunch on top.
To my surprise, the barista Dylan was extremely rude and refused to make my drink, saying he would not make that for me. I politely explained that I order this same drink all the time with no issue, but he still denied me service. I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive he was.
I immediately contacted corporate, and they told me I would receive a call from the district manager within 48–72 hours. It’s been well beyond that timeframe, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. I even had to drive to another Starbucks that morning, making me late for work.
I was kind and respectful the entire time, and I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way. I plan to follow up again with corporate, because this issue needs to be addressed so that no one else has to experience what I did.

All the workers are so sweet and understanding, seriously, your staff is great. My only negative comment is the quality control. As someone who comes here ALOTTT, the quality of the drinks can be hit or miss.. sometimes so bad It’s hard to drink. I typically have more problems with hot drinks like flatwhites or cappuccinos, but that’s probably because they’re not as popular as other drinks on the menu. Cold foams can also be very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s just a bittt too liquidy. But yeah, I’d definitely make sure your staff is well caught up on their training, because they’re all great. Just probably need a little bit more practice haha

The customer service at this location is the worst. I don’t know why I try and stop there. I think I hope it will get better. Last time through the drive through I asked if the foam on my cold brew could be a little extra thick and they rudely told me they are not allowed that they have a recipe and can’t stray. I only wanted it extra foamy. For $7 a coffee, politely asking for a few extra seconds in the frother shouldn’t be a big deal and isn’t at any other Starbucks. I left with no coffee and took that money to another Starbucks and gave them a very generous tip just for being accommodating and friendly. I won’t be back.

Today the manager Micheal informed me that my USUAL drink of a strawberry refresher, no ice no water was not allowed because they don’t sell only product and tried handing me a half of cup of the refresher. The company started charging extra for drinks that are ordered this way, which I’m fine with, and receive my full cup since I pay extra. Today I guess that wasn’t allowed. I order this exact drink 3 times a week regularly. I just drove to the New Haven location and didn’t have any issues.

I ordered a hot drink. Why the rep didn’t put a sleeve over my hot drink? I had to ask for it to put it on myself. The rep who took my order had an attitude right alone with the young girl who was serving at the window. I don’t normally go to that location anyways and now I see why. FIX YOU ALL ATTITUDE!
