I asked for extra topping, paid for extra toppings and did not receive them. What’s really bad it’s the grease that was sitting in top of my coffee…. How there was grease on top of my coffee I will not know but it’s a sure sign that they need to be cleaning the equipment a lot better at night and not rushing out of there. $17 in the trash and an upset tummy

My coffee is normally always made right when I come to this location I had no problem with that, but I decided to come inside this go around instead of drive through & order my coffee, I went to get a straw for my venti iced espresso and noticed they were out of the big/tall straws only had small ones in lobby, I politely asked for a tall straw being they were out because the small straws were too small for my drink, I waited patiently after I asked & this staff member just kept doing other things while I waited and then finally decided to give me a straw that was a small one , and then I had to wait again because she just walked away from me without saying anything so I could tell her it’s still the small one & she seemed super aggravated and handed me the correct one. I understand it’s busy but I am a paying customer who is very understanding and patient but if you don’t enjoy your job don’t take it out on customers.

This was my first time at this Starbucks location. I ordered ahead and picked up my order inside. We dined at a table and it was early morning.
The staff was very kind. Everyone said good morning, and our food was prepared on time. This location was like a well-oiled machine, and everyone was constantly moving and working. The location was spotless. I didn’t see any trash on the floor or uncleaned tables. There was plenty of seating on the inside, and the outside this might be the largest seating area I’ve seen at Starbucks as well.
They do have some retail available to buy your own cups and small items however we did not buy any. They had a good variety of baked goods and, of course, ordinarily cold and hot drinks. We really like this location even though it’s out of the way and will be back.

Horrible customer service. Google said they closed at eight. Drove twenty miles and got there at seven thirty, plenty of people everywhere inside nobody would answer the drive through. So I pulled up to the window. Everybody just looked at me and turned their back.Nobody even had the decency to say we are closed. Set there for ten minutes at the drive through window waiting for somebody to say either We are open or we are closed. Google clearly says they are open until 8 o’clock. They wanted to close early.So they did. Problem is, do not ignore a customer when he’s sitting at the drive through window Wondering what is going on. Out of 10 people, I saw not one person offered to say we are closed. They just ignored like hey screw any kind of customer service. Probably spent a couple $100000 at Starbucks. Will never go back. I would leave a zero star review if I could. 0. Also, when I called the girl that answered the phone was very rude.. we’ll definitely be calling corporate to let them know as i’m sure all the other people that were there.That dealt with the same thing as I did.We’ll be doing.

Bryan is always the best ! He Always has a smile on his face and has the best customer service . I genuinely prefer to go when he is there just because of how nice and caring he is toward customers . He does a great job at making someone wanting To come back not just for the good coffee but the awesome vibe ! He definitely deserves some kind recognition for his great work and positive attitude

i ordered two, non-complicated drinks. both were made awfully. a vanilla bean frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. the caramel drink had almost NO caramel in it. and the vanilla bean had coffee in it. i’ve never in my life had them put coffee in my drink. the drive thru guy was also rude so that was lovely 🙂 do NOT come here if it is even slightly busy, they clearly cannot handle it. waste of $15 and waiting in line

Always do mobile order and it’s flawless and typically ready when I get there…figured out the timing. Always fast and efficient. Very accommodating and staff is always friendly. Best starbucks, imo, in the area!

Seems like a lot of the recent reviews are people who don’t have any patience or pay attention. The holidays are crazy and everyone deserves patience. If you want to be miserable you can stay home. I love this place and all of the workers, they do excellent every visit.
