Usually this location makes their drinks really well! Unfortunately the last two times i’ve been the same barista has refused to key in my drink the way I want it. When I ordered my beverage with “lite lemonade”, “add peach juice”, the barista has claimed that “when getting peach juice added to an açaí, the lemonade is lite anyway” and refused to press the modification button. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened and the drinks have been bad both times.
So tell me, if I can order lite lemonade, add peach juice at every other location across the country- Why can’t this barista just press the modification button?
Not pleased. Furthermore, this isn’t a teaching moment, nor is it taking her any time to click a mod button. Do better.

The employees at this store…absolutely kindhearted and helpful individuals. It was less busy during our visit so they walked each item to our table as soon as ready. Never had such above and beyond service at a Starbucks.

This location needs to have their baristas retrained. It’s normally very good. When I get my chai drinks, it’s always good. But when I get my pink drinks , a lot of the times they barely put any coconut milk in there so it separates very fast and just turns into strawberry acai which is not how the drink should look or taste. I used to make Starbucks drinks and I know how they are made. The cup tells you what level to put each beverage before adding ice and shaking. They are putting a splash of milk and that’s not how it’s supposed to be. On top of that I ordered a venti and they gave me a Trenta cup which is not a complaint but now I have MORE of what the drink is not supposed to be. I’m drinking it because I paid for it but it’s just juice. It’s supposed to have a cloudy milky pink look. I could literally go in there and retrain all of them.

I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had yesterday evening at this location. A friend and I met up for a casual evening chat, and it turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Starbucks in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and kindness. The store manager, Tricia, was phenomenal—approachable, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. Tessa, who took our order, was equally amazing—so sweet, helpful, and patient.
My friend and I were trying to recreate a drink that’s no longer on the menu, and rather than brushing us off, Tricia and Tessa enthusiastically worked with us to find an alternative. The result was the perfect fall-inspired drink that truly hit the spot.
As someone who’s worked in the service industry for years, I’ve seen it all, and I was genuinely impressed. They handled our questions with grace and never once made us feel like a burden. Their positive energy turned a stormy day into a shining moment.
I hope this feedback reaches them—and their leadership—because they truly went above and beyond.

I bought a medium Flat White (16oz) with Oat milk and look what happened after 3min of decanting. A little over half of the cup is filled. Disappointing. They filled with air the milk and serve you. You are paying for it

This Starbucks is my favorite go to! It’s always clean when I have time to come in and order, and fast when going through the drive-through. The staff are always so sweet and fast to get my order out.

Starbucks is asking loyal customers to purchase to use the restroom or to have a cup of water. Loosing its touch of customer service! The quality of service is dropping; which is sad.
I guess the issue in Seattle didn’t teach the company a valuable lesson.

ordered a caramel creme Frappuccino and it was literally only whip cream and caramel syrup I get this drink all the time and it’s never like this I would know. The worker was very flirtatious with my boyfriend and did not acknowledge me at all. I did not catch a name. My cake pop tasted undercooked and Raw this is highly disappointing because money was spent, and expectations were not succeeded. No hate to Starbucks, but to the workers do a better job. Hopefully, they actually read their responses and get their workers in check. Never coming back to this location Again, luckily, I don’t live around here. Overall, if you read this, don’t come to this location please waste of money and time and only cause an upset stomach luckily I’m not suing.

Came in this morning to do an Uber Eats order and hardly got any help. I understand that it gets busy, especially in the mornings but what annoyed me the most is that I tried to stop a woman (with box braids) carrying ONLY forks and spoons in her hands for assistance and she seemed visibly annoyed I asked her a question. I simply asked the girl in passing while standing at the counter“ Hi, im here for Uber, do I just pick it up and go?” She simply responded “no”, did not make eye contact, didn’t bother to stop and explain what I needed to do, just seemed annoyed I even spoke to her in the first place. Thankfully another girl assisted but Uber or not, this isn’t how you speak to a person also doing a service.

I don’t know if all Starbucks are doing this, but at this particular location, they do not give you the proper amount of shots of expresso (ie venti used to be 3 shots now it is 2). Also it TOTALLY TASTES like they’re running water through the coffee grounds more than once leaving their coffee watered down and me still tired. Way to rip people off Starbucks for $10 for a cup of coffee that tastes like water even with extra shots ordered.
