This is insane, there’s should be no reason why I should be getting half of a cup empty just cause I asked for light ice. First time experiencing this at Starbucks I understanding if it was a little off but this much just because I asked for light ice. Very disappointed!

I waited in the driveway for over 10 minutes. I finally got my drink and it was made wrong and had no ice from sitting so long. I ordered matcha with chocolate cold foam. I received a chocolate drink that tasted nothing like matcha. I went in to get a new drink and it was made the same. I need a refund.

Whoever the Barista was did absolutely amazing. Probably the best pumpkin spice frap I have ever had. So so good. Plus the little doodles made it even better. Very artistic ~ very pretty.

This occurred on 09/01/2025 .
The bacon was UNDERCOOKED. It is pink in color and unfortunately, because of my trust in Starbucks brand and I was driving and running errands I did not catch this in time and consumed some of the sandwich. I am actively monitoring for symptoms or any issues from foodborne illness (salmonella, Trichinella etc) but am requesting this gets escalated.

I’ve always came to this Starbucks for my afternoon coffee being its right by my job, today I ordered my drink and it was wrong the customer service was top tier when it came to getting it fixed. Would highly recommend coming to this location! ❤️

Went up on Christmas Day and got a black coffee and it looks and tastes like the most watered down coffee I have ever got and am extremely disappointed I even wasted my time going up here. How can you mess up a simple black coffee? I even poured some out into the lid to show how horrible this is.

I decided to disregard the reviews and stop by, so glad I did! The manager Beth was SO nice and welcoming. Opening a new store is hard but they’ve got everything on track now. At least that was my experience! The cafe area is HUGE. Perfect for work, study and interviewing! Will definitely be back!!

The baristas were simply amazing. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she rocked. My barista, Sange (sp?), was what customer service should be everywhere. We just moved to the neighborhood, and I will be ‘frequenting frequently’. Thank you so much. Oh, and it’s my Birthday and they made it special

I went to this Starbucks for the second time on April 23 at 5:45 I had a custom drink that I was trying for the first time and a blue headed girl. I do not know her name. She took my order on April 23. I came back in on April 25 and first of all it was very very much slow service. It took them five minutes to even take my order then I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes and I ordered A grande on April 23 and as I came back on April 25, I asked for grand again and it was a tall and the lady tried to argue with me and say that it was a grande, but they switched up the sizes. I don’t know why they do that she said.She was just saying a whole bunch of stuff but you should know the sizes for your job and if it was just the wrong size and they switch up sizes I should’ve told me that earlier and I pay more on April 25 then I paid on April 23 for a smaller cup. I didn’t even taste the drink.
