This is my favorite Starbucks location everyone is smiling and nice and I usually get my drink made correctly and Im there 5-6 days a week. But my issue lately is my drink is inconsistent some times it looks and taste the same and sometimes it doesn’t. My drink is $6- $8 that’s an expensive treat and I don’t mind because I love my coffee. I ask to have it remade spoke to the manager he keep on interrupting me and being dismissive. The solution I came up with is I have to start tasting my drink before I leave to make sure it taste right and look it looks correct. Starbucks does a great job at marketing, so they set the expectation of what it should look like. I hope this makes a change internally to be better at customer service and consistency because there is a lot of coffee places everyone can go to.

Had a hot blonde vanilla latte supposed to be extra hot they made it. It was warm came back. They were supposed to keep the regular vanilla. The other one off of Aloma Starbucks makes way better drinks. I don’t know every time I come here is the second time no actually third time I should know better this place cannot make coffee. I recommend not coming to this one. This was Sunday the 2/1/26

I used to love this Starbucks and I never leave bad reviews but the employees are rude I paid 7 dollars for a Frappuccino and this is what they handed me…The barista was not friendly and they talked at the window the whole time while I sat there. Which I don’t mind, but then I got the drink and said where’s the rest and she said have a good day then turned back around. I don’t even think she heard me, she was paying me no mind.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I come here frequently right when they open at 5 to work and the staff is always super friendly, they make good recommendations for both food and drinks and also play great music. overall a great coffeeshop if you want some nice ambiance and a pleasant experience.

Nice enough location but I have received more than 1 disappointing drink here over time. Most recently I ordered a caramel ribbon frappuccino but recived a water slushie. There was little trace that there was ever a coffee substance within. Mostly just crushed ice and a ton of whip cream. Sad my points were used for that disappointment.

They ask for a tip before service and no one EVER listens. Why do I ask for my cold brew with heavy cream to be STIRRED specifically? Because your lids are not airtight.
Today I said “PLEASE STIR IT BEFORE YOU PUT THE LID ON” and you can always tell when the barista takes a shortcut. The lid is smeared with the beverage and there are drops that collect under the edges of the lid.
These drops eventually drip through, off the lid and onto your clothes during your commute to work, events, anything.
STOP SHAKING THE DRINKS WITH THE LIDS ON! THEY ARE NOT FULLY SEALED!
STOP PLACING YOUR HANDS ON THE LIDS WHEN YOU SHAKE THE CUPS!
WINDOW STAFF: STOP HANDING THE CUP TO THE CUSTOMER WITH YOUR HAND ON THE LID WHERE MY MOUTH GOES NEXT!
Take a cue from a Boba Shop with sanitation practices for how they keep a lid clean!
Gross. This is how germs spread. Your hand to the customer’s mouth.
When I am specific with my order, listen so I feel heard as a customer and please do the thing. I’m not paying or tipping for your shortcuts on quality assurance. Do better and think logical like a food and beverage sanitation manager would.
Plenty of photos below to show all the drops under this lid from being shaken. I’ve sipped several times before the photo and sipping does not cause drops under the lid.
The violent shaking needs to be stopped unless you’re doing it in a shaker prior to pouring in the customer’s glass. This is lazy for a $5.83 cup of cold brew! It takes one wooden stirrer and ten seconds to incorporate the cream and syrup well. Do your job!

This Starbucks! Big and plentiful windows around two whole sides. This may contribute to the great staff attitude, but it definitely keeps this Starbucks slammed. Always busy and plenty of seating. Could only improve with a higher percentage of comfortable seats. Also tried this new Sammy. Nice!

Walked in and was completely ignored just now for 5 minutes. Just wanted a chocolate cake pop for my granddaughter, the guy helping me finally, rang it up, then came back and said ” we’re out, I cancelled rhe sale.” I then asked about the one in the case. He then said “oh, do you want that one, it’s from today.” I had him ring it up again and it asked if I want to tip. I have a tip train your employees.
