Wish I could give this place one star. This isn’t my normal Starbucks but I was in the area. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra foam. I look in the cup with zero foam. The gentleman proceeded to tell me a macchiato does not come with foam. Which I’ve been ordering at Lee road for the past 3 years. Sometimes this store on occasion. Please train your representative to have a Starbucks demeanor and consistency across the brand. He was argumentative and poor representation of the Starbucks brand. This was 9/24/2025 9:25 am. I will also be forwarding this to corporate.

They messed up my order. Asked for a sugar-free caramel they gave me sugar-free vanilla instead. I asked them to remake it and they did. However, they used sugar-free vanilla again! The workers here are miserable, especially the one with the piercings. They look at you like they’re doing you a favour, when you’re paying them seven bucks for a latte. Don’t come here!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Mary at Starbucks! She is absolutely incredible and truly feels like the one who keeps the mornings running smoothly whenever she’s there. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and every time I see Mary, I know I’m going to have a great experience.
She not only makes sure my drink (the frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade — my favorite!) is perfect, but she also checks that my husband’s order is exactly how he likes it. What really stands out about Mary is how attentive she is to both customers and her team. Even when she’s busy, she’s calmly guiding the morning flow, keeping everything organized, and making sure her coworkers are set up for success.
Her professionalism, friendliness, and consistency make her an incredible asset to this store. The customer service here is top-tier, and Mary is a big reason why. Starbucks is lucky to have her!

I had a really bad experience here about a week ago. My card declined because I forgot to move over money into my account, and an employee named Mary started screaming “card declined card declined” in the drive through window. It was really loud and embarrassed me, our cards decline sometimes for any multitude of reasons, that’s just because banks are horrible or we forget to move money over. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I don’t want to come back to this store. Luckily the other employee in window, she had glasses. I forgot her name but I believe it started with a Q? She started joking around with me and helped me feel better. I left feeling a bit better, so huge thank you to that employee. I can’t believe an employee would embarrass a customer like that, especially when she was really far from the window. I bet the people inside the store heard her screaming that my card declined. 🙁

I have to admit that the food is good. And the environment of the workspace looks very modern and upscale. But the moment you begin to get a total cost of what it would be almost to go to a restaurant. Well I have to be honest with you. Don’t go here for breakfast or lunch. And don’t you dare to get dinner amounts worth of foods. Get yourself a simple coffee and be on your way.

Yesss! This Starbucks is a 10/10!! The customer service was absolutely amazing — Em (I think that was her name) was so nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made the whole experience so pleasant. You can really tell she cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. It’s not every day you get that kind of energy and kindness — definitely one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had in a long time!

Came in for our annual Red Cup Day, and we were not disappointed. I ordered the sugar cookie Frappuccino and it is such a holiday delight! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, you are always greeted warmly upon entering and they always say have a nice day when exiting
