Feels so much better to have a quick meeting (even though the music is super loud).
Feels modern, clean and the amount of inside seating is for about 14-15 people. There’s also outside seating (maybe 10 more)

I’ve only ever sat inside a Starbucks once before years ago at a Chicago location, where I sat at the bar to try their espresso martinis. Today I had time to kill and decided to sit inside this location, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. I honestly wish I had gotten their names. I’m not sure how this place doesn’t have five stars!

I used to be a regular customer here, but honestly, I regret ever being one. It feels like the more I came, the less they cared about their customer service toward me.
I came in yesterday for the last time to speak with Kelly about an incident involving an employee and a manager who accused me of using language I never used, then spoke to me inappropriately. While talking to Kelly, it was clear she didn’t really want to engage—she even said, “I’m trying to remember your email,” and followed with, “I can only apologize that you were embarrassed by the situation. If it were me, I’d want my manager to stick up for me.” But I never did what they accused me of!
The conversation went in circles, with her repeating the same thing over and over. Before that, I had ordered a drink I didn’t like and asked for a refund. When I tried to speak to the guy at the register (tall with tattoos) before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off with, “YA, WASSUP?” I tried to ignore it and calmly ask for my refund, and then he repeated, “Yeah, why, WASSUP?” At that point, I just thought—I’ll never come back here… mind you THIS IS AFTER I HAD THE CONVERSATION WITH KELLY THAT DID NOT GO ANYWHERE
I truly felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, like they were looking for any reason to treat me poorly. If you want better service, I recommend going to the location at 3850 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703. The staff there are much nicer—it’s a bit of a drive, but at least you’ll feel respected and appreciated as a customer.

Always fast and tasty coffee and food. The drive through gets very busy but moves quickly. This is a smaller location but gets the job done. I think this may be the only location on the 32703 zip code of Apopka. The coffee shop is located on 441 in front of the Super Walmart and next to the Papa John’s pizza and the Panda Express restaurant. Holiday flavors are always something to look forward to.

Walked in and stood there, while employees ignored me to discuss a text on another’s phone. I stood at the counter for 5-minutes without acknowledgment, while that talked back and forth.

Got a grande coffee and there’s literally no coffee. It was all foam. More than half of the whole entire coffee wasn’t even any liquid. NEVER coming back to this location!! I even paid for a quad shot so where’s the coffee? What a scam!
