Iced shaken espresso! The barista made it perfect! I ordered it my way with less pumps and oat milk. Delicious . There is a drive through but I went inside. There is a shaded outside area to sit. I sat inside in a cozy chair and relaxed in the AC. The place is clean and bustling.

I appreciate that the staff probably didn’t want to work on Christmas Day and quite rightly so I would want to be home as well but the young female who served me was so rude and argumentative. I am a repeat customer who gets her drink daily and my drink was NOT correct. I told the barista this and she told me my drink was correct and refused to fix it. Don’t tell me my drink is full when it’s clearly not and don’t be rude to your customers especially on Christmas:

Everytime I come here everyone is at best standoffish at worst blatantly rude. Asked for a strawberry refresher made with water, got a water with a hint of strawberry essence. 15 minutes in a drive through, and employees are just standing around. Drive the extra 5 minutes to the one down the street or in sweet bay, it’s worth it.

Was having a bad mental day, decided to treat myself to a frap to salvage some productivity. There was a slight delay in the drive thru, which I barely noticed, but when I got to the window they gave me my drink free of charge without me even saying anything!! Much needed brightening of my day! I already frequent this location, and this is why. They’ve always been kind and caring <3

Not sure of the baristas name but she’s blonde and was working there 9/21/25 around 430 pm with blonde hair and a beautiful smile. She was so sweet and so thorough. I love seeing good people who put love into their work and she was definitely one of them! 10/10 will go back because of her

Really loved the staff here. They seemed very organized, friendly, and made my drink relatively fast compared to how busy they were with Togo and online orders. I think I waited like 7 minutes. I assumed it would have been like 10-15. They were slammed. I recommend.

Idk what happened the double bacon sandwiches but I swear the bacon is now paper thin and the sandwich it self is flat almost nothing too it , the quality of sandwiches definitely went down coffee was delicious,the staff was super kind and fast as always!!!
