I stopped in here to grab an afternoon coffee for my ride back to Georgia and what a disappointment. Although 5 people on staff a single person is making drinks for both Drive Thru and Walkins while at least 2 staff members have time to scroll on their phones. Clearly the sole person making the drinks is new and is quite slow and methodical perhaps this is the sink or swim struggle training program although other staff seem fine to correct drinks but not the person making the drinks. Thank goodness I dont have to deal with these folks on the regular because I certainly wouldn’t be returning.

I came to the Starbucks and ordered my drink first off. The lady didn’t even hear me right so they have made my drink wrong and tried to fix it but when I went to go see the person behind the lady that was fixing my order she didn’t even fix it. I watch her just put whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top and I’m looking at the iced coffee. It looked like it has no milk in it at all. I’ll never come here again and then she got upset because I told her I’m not paying for that drink …. And when I asked her, I was like is she actually remaking it? She said yes, but I was literally looking behind the lady and she wasn’t remaking it at all. She just took the top off and put whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. I get the same drink almost every day. I know what it looks like … And that drink had no milk in it. It was way too dark.

I went to work, and the atmosphere was ideal. I ordered the new drink (cherry chai) and it was delicious, but the caramel they made me was the best of any Starbucks in the country. The service was good, but not great. However, even though they were about to close and started cleaning, they never dismissed us.

My name is Allie and today was a hard day from me, I spent all night in an hospital for a friend and the girl at the checkout was amazing she made my day! I wish I knew her name but with very little details I told her she made sure I had enough food and gave me the best details on what most caffeinated drink they had. They were quick to give me my order, the girl at the checkout/ ovens had such a kind heart. Thank you for the best experience today!

Hands down, my most favorite Starbies out of all the Starbies on the planet! The staff here, honestly, it’s like a café version of Cheers! They remember your name, your order, and the customer service has remained impeccable through the last several years. Beyond friendly, beyond yummy, and beyond, well, you get it by now. They are the bee’s knees!

If I could leave no stars I would. Just got the iced caramel protein matcha, and it was almost white, the matcha was not mixed in at all, there was lumps of matcha powder all in it. It just tasted like milk. The workers were just joking around in there too. Feel like I just wasted money on a drink to buy what was essentially milk. Horrible.

Okay it’s time for an update. Now that coronavirus has been gone for about 2 years, I’m writing this review in late September 2023. As you can see from the pictures the inside looks much nicer. Overall I would say its back to normal. They have two great managers in Ralph as a district manager and Mike as the general manager (See them at the table). Their coffee is still great and they’re still a great place to get a cup across the United states we’re here in Jacksonville Beach Florida.

Trying their iced shaken espresso with coconut milk. I wanted to try the iced lavender foam oat milk matcha, but they were sold out by my visit at 10 am. Still delicious though. Extra shaking on the side!

On Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 I went to my local Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte and breakfast item. I inquired about the spiciness of the new Italian sausage sandwich. They were not sure how it would be, so I ordered my usual spinach, feta wrap. When I arrived at the window, the food preparer handed me a free sample of the Italian food bites with my order. The staff were extremely pleased to realize my surprise and happiness that receiving the extra item.
