They always have great coffee and even though it was really busy especially with online ordering making all restaurants super busy now. Even though they lost my order when I said something to the barista they didn’t ask questions they moved me to the front of the line and got me my order. I work in a restaurant and I kw that stuff happens when it’s busy and they handled it perfectly and made me a great latte

If I could give 0 stars I would. The drive through lane was long and barely moved for the longest time. I went inside to order my drinks and still waited at least 20 minutes. I ordered and the staff was rude from the beginning and moved slow making drinks. I was on my way to an appointment and left my 2nd drink. No one has time for this. Do your job. Stop hanging out and conversing when you should be making drinks. Disappointed and this location needs work.

Garbage. How dare I order my drink slightly custom! It was particularly insulting because we talked about how I like the drink a little different than the usual and the woman making it acted like she could relate. I don’t know if they were mocking me or what, because my drink had non of the simple adjustments I’d asked for. Not even the simple “carmel lining the cup” as it said on the order recite on the cup. Waste of my money, I walked out with a drink I have no interest in…. thanks a lot Starbucks

17 minutes for a latte is crazy They definitely probably drive-through. I couldn’t. The three times through the drive-through before my coffee was Served inside. Fantastic for the drive three times with terrible for their inside. Customer Service.

Was super excited to get my freebie this morning for my birthday, ordered it in the app and went to pick it up and the label said Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai but sadly it was a very strong and disgusting coffee, it was so bad it made my stomach hurt. I had to leave without my drink after paying for it because I waited over 15 minutes and they haven’t even started making it. Incredibly slow and careless. Baristas clearly had no sense of efficiency.

My past three orders have been wrong, and everybody’s been extremely nice about fixing it. But after that last time I just took it and kept my wrong order, because I am starting to feel like I am a huge complainer whenever I go in there now.

Either they are understaffed or the staff is super slow. I waited just shy of 20 minutes in the drive thru and then figured I would be better off going inside and waited another 15 minutes inside and still left with out a drink. I really think they need to hire more staff or get staff that has a sense of urgency. Worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks

Went through the drive-through picked up a iced coffee oat latte, and breakfast sandwich. Nice service greeted with a smile. The coffee was refreshing and yummy.
