I am literally crying this is absolutely adorable. I feel so bad that I didn’t grab the baristas name but we were twining with our red hair. She was so sweet with helping me out with a few questions I had. I went to take a sip from my coffee and saw the cutest little message on there!! Worst starbucks i ever been too and sucks that only other one i would i have to drive to is bunnell. Takes forever to get a coffee like 30+ minutes. Prices always change on the same drink i order so not sure how that happens. Addressing how an order was put in once that logically didn’t make sence in screen, i had three employees yelling at me theough the speaker and cutting me off. Super rude staff all the time besides that occurrence. Not what i expect from a small town Starbucks. Living in Orlando, I had better treatment and a relationship with my local Starbucks and beverage had a single complaint, then since living here

Stopped in on my way to Charleston, South Carolina ordered $20 worth of sandwiches and coffee ordered a pup cup a tall cup half full since I have an 80 pound lab… All he would offer was a thimble size cup smaller than a shot glass… That’s why I will no longer go to Starbucks!

Had great service from Sara & Luke. Drink I was made right. All the more we enjoyed our birthday rewards with a white choc raspberry hot coffee & pink drink with cold foam. Super happy with our rewards and service.

The staff here make giving your name for the order fun. The place is super clean with lots of seating options, including big tables for doing work and comfy couches for hanging out with friends.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff ignored me for over 15 minutes while my order was sitting in a bag on a counter far beyond my reach, getting cold. One rude lady employee decided to take time out of her busy schedule to notice me and place my order right in front angrily with no apology for the long wait. For the majority of my past visits here, employees are rude and unapproachable.

I used to be a partner, this is supposed to be a peppermint latte but it’s halfway full, and to be honest it’s completely unacceptable and not the first time this stores done this. I’m not sure if the barista did not steam enough milk and just overcompensate with whipped cream (not showing cause it melted)but regardless I think your store needs some more training when steaming milk for peoples lattes that they pay $7 for.

Starbucks would not accept us money that was issued in the USA 1979 Susan B Anthony coins for payment or any 2000 Sacgauwee coins. First they said there tills wouldn’t hold them them they said there bank wouldn’t take them . Are they own by China or Russia now . I thought they where own by US . I wounder now.
