I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered my regular drink, a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with some modifications, since my 5 month old son is allergic to dairy and soy and of course everything I have goes through the milk and it wasn’t until I finished drinking it that I noticed this in the bottom of the drink. Needless to say I was horrified. Im especially worried since I don’t know if any chemicals in this would affect me, or even worse my baby. Im already feeling sick.
I try to call and no one’s answered, I really wish someone would contact me to at least know what is inside that packet in my drink. I have been a long time Starbucks customer and I can’t believe that this happened.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years, I also visit the one located by target in port orange, I am not one to leave a review but I always order the same thing. When I came here today, they did not fill the cup up. Almost half of my cup is empty. I ordered a venti, it is always filled up, every single time that I’ve ordered it at both locations. A nice girl came to the window and said that it was corporate policy that they do not fill the cup up all the way.I am very unsatisfied that I was not informed that this new or now enforced rule was not explained to me before purchasing my almost eight dollar coffee. Once again when I order from Starbucks it is the same thing every time , I pay the same price every time, get the same drink everytime, today I did not get what I ordered on top of that, the drink DOES NOT taste like it normally does !! Very unsatisfied.

I go through the drive-through regularly and the service is always fast. The staff knows how to make the drinks well and is very knowledgeable. I usually have questions or custom requests like almond milk or light ice, and they remember my preferences. If I forget to mention something, they ask and make sure it’s exactly how I want it. Everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant.

I usually don’t write reviews and I have always had good experiences at this starbucks, but today was an exception. I ordered a venti cold brew with a splash of whole milk. The drink came out literally white with how much milk they put in and there was SO MUCH extra room at the top of my cup. I kindly asked if the barista if she could remake it because it was just so light. She told me it was sitting there for a while and got watery. I watched her make it again and she filled half the cup with milk. She only added a couple inches of cold brew and handed it back to me. I asked her to add some more coffee and she told me she could add more ice. Unreal. I won’t be back here for a while.

Stopped by while traveling back home. All drinks made perfectly! They had a long to go line but no one inside so we didn’t have. along wait. Bathroom was clean! All of our drinks were made correct and tasted great!

Last two times I was here, there were problems in the drive thru. First time, I ordered a frappachino mocha, but they forgot the mocha. Yep, just plain-jane frap and not really frozen. Second time I was there today. The drink was really not frozen and there were a lots and lots of chocolate pieces in the bottom. I’ve been coming to this store for years, and never had any issues, ever. Hope it’s a learning curve with new staff or machine’s down but I hope it gets under control. I will say the cranberry bar today was fabulous!

Very slow shop! There was only one customer inside when I arrived and it took about 5 minutes to place my order and about 10 for them to make it. 4 people behind the counter at the time was there. Drive through is the priority now.
