The Starbucks employees apparently have nothing better to do. I didn’t find this cute at all. Are the employees really insulting their customers intelligence! Do better. Someone there needs to heal. Any Starbucks across the US writes positive notes or nothing.

Went for quick coffee on A Sunday afternoon (not busy) and I got a very watery coffee which I couldn’t even drink because it was overflowing and very hot! It spilled all over my car because I was driving and didn’t want to taste after seeing that It looked like a dirty water. Never going back!

I frequent this location a bit-aka, I’m here almost every day! I would have to say that Juff gives THE BEST customer service hands down. He is always consistent, polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes when you become a regular at places, the professionalism tends to fade away which then leads to mistakes and misunderstandings. I’ve experienced this with other baristas and that is why I try my best to only come when Juff is working. He doesn’t do that. He could see me 1000 times and still treat me as if it’s his first and I respect that. That is exceptional customer service in my opinion. As a business owner, I can tell you this is the type of person you kind of cross your fingers and hope you find when going through new candidates. I’m hoping Starbucks treats him well and honors his excellence perhaps by a raise or opportunity to move up in the ranks. He just has that aura. Jim Rohn has a quote that good people aren’t trained, they’re found! Y’all found a good one with him!

I’m at this location regularly. I’ve always enjoyed the drinks and staff. Unfortunately the last two times I was at this location, today and a few days ago, the drinks have definitely been lacking. Zero flavor, completely watered down, to the point where you can barely taste the actual coffee in the drink. Very disappointing. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope they get back to their normal functions.

Service and products are fine but they are so unpredictable with when they’re open. Don’t trust google because I went today at 6:38pm (online it says closed at 9:00pm) and they were already closing up shop. This isn’t the first time that this has happened at this location.
It doesn’t matter though because it’s Starbucks, a huge company, so this will fall on deaf ears about how unprofessional it is.

My granddaughter and I stopped for a cup of coffee. She got a coffee creation with caramel and it looked like whipped cream on top. I got a regular bold and black hot coffee. They were both good. We set and talked with each other for a few minutes and then we left. We didn’t get anything to eat.

Extremely busy and no access to park in mornings because the layout blocks the entrance and cars are out into the main road for drive thru. Recommend parking in the lot before it an just walking over. Good service and nice selection of cups an coffee beans on the wall. They receive alot of call aheads and process them well. Highly recommend preorder and just walk in an pick up. You can be in an out in 2 mins. Cranberry bliss is amazing !

Since COVID this store has been very inconsistent with their hours, customer service and overall upkeep of the store. I have stopped coming here before work because I don’t want to waste the time. This afternoon, not burdened with a time constraint I figured I would stop by and catch up on some laptop stuff with a coffee… no surprise they are closed again. Starbucks on the island it is for a very very long foreseeable future before I try this one in yulee again.

Happy hour done right! This was THE best Starbucks location I’ve been to in a very long time. I wish I’d gotten the baristas names. I was greeted very kindly immediately walking in. Seems minute but it’s such a scarce act, honestly. I’d just put in my mobile orders and upon sitting down to wait one was already finished. After getting my first order I waited on the next. I’d only waited about 5 minutes when the barista asked (by name) if I was ok and if I was missing any part of my order. He was so kind, tactful, and eager to help. He made sure I had everything. This was my first time there ever. I have a local neighborhood Starbucks I frequent and they don’t call my name accept when putting my order up. Anyhow, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. If I’m near I’ll order from here more frequently.
