I wish I would have gotten the young man’s name that served us tonight Sunday Feb, 8th, he was kind of short with Dark hair and glasses, possibly Asian American, Anyway he was so sweet, but very professional, got our orders out to us in no time and when I tell you they were the best coffee & Frappacino we’ve ever had I’m not exaggerating… I’ve noticed there are a few 1, 2 and 3 star reviews at this Starbucks and I honestly don’t understand why because this is our go to place , We’ve never had a problem.We’re truck drivers and Everytime we come this way we pass many Starbucks just to get to this specific one. We love it here and definitely recommend you try it. Thank you too the young man working there tonight we hope to see you again.

I rarely ever go to Starbucks but my baby girl loves it so I decided to take her after a drs appt she had went along with me to. I was having a hard day trying to hold myself together after a bad diagnosis and placed the order on the app hoping to get it and go. I came to the speaker box and the person on the other side misheard my name, we laughed together and I pulled around. I needed that laugh, tbh. When I pulled around to get my order, Junior was at the window and took time out of his day to speak to me in the most uplifting and encouraging way…to him it was just a conversation, but to me I needed the lift for my spirit. He was absolutely radiant and beautiful and offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. My order was ready promptly, I dropped my tip and was on my way. But, I know that Starbucks stop that I was dreading partially and rushing thru, was right where I needed to be. God is so good! And Junior is absolutely amazing and deserving of everything wonderful. I pray blessings flow over his life in abundance. Thank you Starbucks and a huge thank you to the angel who was kind. Xoxo

Stopped at the Starbucks in Adel, Georgia on my drive back to Tampa and had such a great experience. This location has only been open about a year, and it shows in the best way. Everything felt fresh, welcoming, and well run.
Huge shoutout to JR, Jvyn, and Jaden. They were outstanding. Both drinks I ordered were made to perfection, the conversation was genuinely great, and the overall vibe was friendly and upbeat. I even ended up purchasing some merchandise because the experience was that enjoyable.

I visited recently and it was an unpleasant experience. I went inside to order and use the restroom since I was traveling. My initial observation was the place was not cleaned. The trash was overflowing the tables were dirty. The restroom was filthy so I turned around. The line was slow and other customers warned me that there was a long wait and staff were unorganized. I decided to try drive thru which was quicker but the two drinks I ordered were not good. I always ask for a receipt and of course they were out of paper. My mom and I both dumped our drinks since they didn’t take like drinks we normally order. As someone who drinks Starbucks several times a week and visited various Starbucks, this location needs improvement. It is in a great location but maybe need to look into better management and ongoing training with staff to improve customer service.

Place needs to be cleaned up. Ordering 15 minutes ahead of time via the app so that we could come inside, grab it and go was a waste of our time. Kid behind the counter got snarky with me when I spoke up after waiting too long for them to finish my order. It’s not my fault the manager has short staffed them with only two people or that they choose to focus on drive through orders rather than mobile orders with customers standing at the counter waiting. All that was left was a black coffee and they are focusing on drive through orders. Maybe i’m being ridiculous, but I feel like the mobile order from now 20 minutes ago should be a priority over the fresh orders in the drive through. I have to remember to choose Elianos over this place, its never a good experience here.

Super fast and friendly service. Always assures my orders is correct and made with perfection. The best Starbucks all the way from the east coast to the west coast!!! The General manager is always very friendly, attentive and positive. Which always makes a difference in your team. People are always so quick to come with negative comments but I have watched this store from the day the doors opens and it has came so far and improves daily. Keep doing amazing things Chase, we will be back tomorrow!! We love our Starbucks team!!

My last couple of visits has been so nice! I had stopped going to Starbucks for awhile because a lot of the Baristas acted like my Latte order was difficult… but kudos to the last two visits!!! I order my Latte 190 degrees… yes 190…..there regular Lattes are made around 170. I have been told… they really made it exactly like I wanted. Thanks Starbucks you may just have a returning customer

It was brutal. Took me 15 minutes for one drink while waiting inside. Only two other people ahead of me at 7pm at night. One barista was working their tail off while 4 other workers standing doing nothing and yelling at the one worker making all the drinks to do all the drive thru first. They were out of a bunch of sandwiches as well.
