This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. The hot chocolate taste like water and the cinnamon pool bread was hard as a rock. This Starbucks needs to be closed down.

Highly unsatisfied I placed an door dash order with Starbucks around 6:30 am and my order didn’t arrive until 8:11 because of there being no dashers in the area at the time they still sent me and order that had been sitting in a bag for over 1 1/2 hours that is poor customer service

I ordered a grande cookie crumble creme frappucino. They didn’t put chocolate syrup on it like the picture and loaded ut with coffee. I did not ask for coffee. It was disgusting and I couldn’t drink it.

I just don’t understand how the drink is different every time I get it. Meaning price and taste. Sometimes its 5 and some change and sometimes its 7 and some change. Not to mention the taste always being different. If I ask for extra of the sweetened cream I don’t expect it to be bitter and watered down. You get paid more than most in town and cant even get a drink right.

A staff member William approached me as soon as I walked in and told me I can’t come in with a puppy. I came many times before he was there and never said anything at all. I then asked if I can order and stand outside he said no the. I asked if I can order in the drive way I’m a truck driver he then said no. I have to leave there is no hello good morning maam im sorry. I was very aggressive in his approach. I placed the small puppy out on the side walk by the street I ordered. While ordering William which is not a manager came to the register and said we can bring it outside like I was a animal I then asked for him to not address me due to the fact of his poor approach. He laughed and stood there staring at me. He stared at me until I left. I’m a black woman and i feel attacked. William addressed everyone but me kindly I’m not sure if this is my attire or me I do not feel okay about it
