I’ve never waited so long for a drink in my life. I ordered on the app but realized the inside was closed so I had to use the drive through. I sat for so long I watched 4 cars in total leave the line and take their business elsewhere. That is all before mentioning that the drinks were watered down (likely from them sitting already made for that long). Notice the estimated time in the photo was 3:07 and I received my drinks at 3:43. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming here again. Do NOT recommend.

My dog went potty in the grass, and I picked it up with a plastic bag. Then the manager told me to clean up after my dog because theres other dogs.. she wanted me to feel bad. I was confused….. it was embarrassing. There were a lot of customers standing there. Coffee was great though. And the workers were nice.

I ordered a mocha, an item seemed to take a very long time. Several people were waiting before me for some time, and it seemed to be only 1 person making the orders. Once I go it, it was well made. Generally was a pleasant visit. Lobby was clean. Bathroom was clean, except for a lot of tissue on the floor. However, on opening the trash can it seemed to be nearly empty, so, maybe a mess made by the previous customer?

Awesome stop to grab a coffee and snack on the road. The girl didn’t necessarily listen and I ordered a grande, I didn’t realize she hit y’all and was charged for a tall and given a tall (seriously I could have used the extra 4oz, it’s been a long day). Excellent drink though, was one of the better latte’s I’ve had in a while.

3 employees, few customers. My mobile order was supposed to be ready in 3-6 minutes, but took 20. Then she used the excuse that they are short-handed. I’ve seen 3 employees at my typical Starbucks crank out 3-4 times the orders in the time it took this girl to make mine. She was in no hurry to help anyone. Then, she made my drink and set it aside. Next, she asked the other employees if they had made my order yet. Finally, she realized she had just made it.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had so far at a Starbucks. The baristas were slammed, but several people got their orders before us in line. When confronted in a nice way, it still took them some time to make just a coffee. In the end, we got our order but waited around 45 minutes and in addition, they did not refund or grant us anything customer service related. I will do my due diligence and check the reviews before I go to another Starbucks in the future.

we got 3 drinks, waited 30 minutes, and received 2 incorrect orders. one of the chai lattes wasn’t even a chai latte, we still don’t know what it was. we had also asked for no foam and still got foam.

the cashier had put the correct stuff in and was pleasant too, very nice lady!!

Coming from NC, around 6:PM. We stopped for coffee and it took us 40 minutes waiting to get the coffee. Some people got desperate and walked away. We didn’t because we had already paid $30.00 for our coffee. We expected much better service than that !
