It’s okay! ❤️

To the two young ladies that made my coffee again after my hand magical stopped working Thank you! You all didn’t t even ask…(I have an autoimmune disease thY effects my entire body to my hands).

It’s all the little things to me that brightens my day and makes the world feel a little lighter.

Pre ordered flat white and went to pick it up. It was half empty. With a smile and jokingly but definitely serious I asked the “Barista” if she took a sip and she said “that’s how flat whites come.” I order these with frequent regularity across multiple locations and countries, inclusive of this same location the day before and know that to not be true. Picked up my now severely overpriced coffee and left. Starbucks needs to invest in their barista frothing training and customer service skills.

My pregnant wife and I came up to do some quick shopping before the Super Bowl. The girl behind the Starbucks counter ignored us and then very loudly said how she wanted to “turn off the lights so no one would come up.” My wife ordered her drink and the girl rudely talked to her through her teeth. She also never gave us a receipt or told us the amount of the drink.

My daughter went in to order a drink (mocha cookie crumble) and was told they no longer make that. A few minutes later, another customer came in and ordered the same drink and it was made… I got online to see if I could order one thinking maybe she was mistaken and sure enough, it was on the menu. Not sure what the guys issue is, but he should probably stop profiling customers because CLEARLY that’s the issue.

I waited over 1/2 an hour (for my mobile order), then walked out because I should not have to wait that long for a drip coffee, ever.

That said, it is not the staffers fault, but it is managements who understaffed the poor barista. He did try to keep up.

I do not recommend this location. You could drive to Charleston to get your coffee faster.

The coffee I received was actually really great! However, the staff was not prepared. You can tell the new staff is not trained properly because it takes at least 35 minutes to receive your coffee. I recommend that Starbucks has open interviews and hours specifically for training so that customers aren’t waiting 35-40 minutes for a single coffee. There is a lot of room for improvement and management that is friendlier.

The young staff here is amazing! They were out of a ton of stuff this morning (not a fault of their own) and i could see the stress it was causing but both of the girls working were nice, professional and did their best to please the customers, even the rude ones.

Wondering where the manager was during this though.. It was unfortunate to see the 2 of them under so much pressure and having to explain to customers that it was not their fault that the online ordering system was no updated.

I love Starbucks but at $5.00 a drink I expect quality. I made a purchase this morning 6/11/21 at 7:30am roughly. It was a white chocolate mocha. I am not sure what she gave me but it is without a doubt the worst drink I have ever tasted in my life. It had no sugar at all, none, and it had no cream either. It was the consistency of thick mud and super strong. Clearly the barista does not need to work there.

The worst experience I have had there. The workers are extremely slow. I waited about 15 minutes for a drink. When people who ordered after me started receiving theirs before me, I went to the counter to ask about my order. The barista just stood there and told me it would take another 5 minutes to make the iced coffee… I told him I was not going to wait. He did not apologize or offer to refund me.

I , unfortunately, lost the names of the two fantastic employees that helped me today at Starbucks in Kroger on Wilmington Island. I just want to say that they did a terrific job!
