asked to add extra caramel drizzle, carmel crunch, as well as to add whip on the bottom. the original drink was only missing caramel drizzle, i had it remade then they only added caramel drizzle forgetting the crunch and whip cream. i didn’t go back in to complain, but for 15$ for 2 coffees i sort of would like them to be made correctly

Service terrible waited for over 10 minutes and when I asked if they were still there got yelled at by another worker -Bethany Anderson- rudely saying “What do you want ?!” I asked if she was being serious and she continued the unprofessional behavior. So beyond unacceptable she has no respect whatsoever.

SLOW!!!!! SLOW!!!! SLOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! You will need to take the day off if you want anything from Starbucks in Dublin, Ga. Not just from work but from life!!! Pretty sure I aged at least 4 years waiting in the drive thru! Nope I won’t be back! Especially not to the one in Dublin, GA. This is HORRIBLE!!! Just give me the recipe and I will come in and make my own!

A couple months ago I gave Starbucks a one star because of the service since then I have changed it to a five star the service has gotten so much better now and now. Everyone acknowledge you when you walk through the door and the wait time has been less I truly appreciate the change

I don’t know what was going on there this morning but it was a train wreck. My coffee was completely wrong & no, for some reason they couldn’t fix it. Cake pops tasted like they’d been sitting outside for three days. To top it alllll off, one of the baristas was bad mouthing a customer in the drive thru like it was going out of style. What kind of service is that?

Ordered a mocho fracuppino with extra ice, so it would be thick, received a drink with very Very little ice. Sadly this is the second time this has happened. It seems as if they don’t know what there drinks are made up of.

I called up there to ask about a cup and the female who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish asked the whole question and cut me off and was like no we don’t then I said ok thank you and she like hung up! Super frustrating! There were only 3 cars in front of us in the drivethru and we gave up after waiting for 20 minutes. The car that was ordering when we got there was still at the window as we drove past to leave.
